Was initially a bit sceptical as the iPad Air was listed cheaper than anywhere else, but it arrived sealed and bang on time, plus there was excellent a fast communication from the company.

Just a quick note. I had to email to Customer Service to receive my DPD tracking number (which I then received on 19th of December), and DPD Tracking number only updated on the 29th of December. I, then, received the item 1 day later.
My advice to everybody would be to just be patient. Item ships from Hongkong, so expect 2-3 weeks delivery time.
Ordered a new phone on the 15th…
Ordered a new phone on the 15th December and was informed that I would receive it by the 24th December in time for Christmas as it was meant to be a present. I did not receive it and still haven't so I am really angry! I have emailed their customer services and had no response so I have raised a case with PayPal. I would advise if you are still adamant to try and purchase from these, to use PayPal as at least you can raise a dispute when it does not arrive!!

Unresponsive
My initial contact stated that the tracking number had not received an update in over 10 days to which I recieved a response for saying not to worry, I should have received the tracking number in the first few days. I went back on this stating that yes I did receive the tracking number but the problem was that is hasn't updated at all. To this they were unresponsive for 3 days and then sent a follow up email to which has not had a response for another 3 days. Raised a ticket with Paypal now, waiting to see if they'll a respond to that.
Had to order from somwhere else after looking like a right fool on Christmas.

I read many 1 star reviews, but this was after I had purchased, these reviews did worry me. However, I emailed the team, had a response that said do not worry, it will be there before Christmas. It turned up as promised 22 December.
I’ve had zero issues, quality is good.
Basics are, if you want to save money, give it 2 weeks to get to you, simple.

IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE…
First and foremost they are not based in the UK. As soon as you make a purchase you receive an invoice from a company in Hong Kong.
I placed my order on 14th December with the free 6-8 shipping days. When I then received the invoice from HK I wrote to them to ensure that my purchase would arrive by Christmas and was told that although there would be a delay because they were ‘busy’, the delivery would definitely arrive before Christmas. I replied to say thanks, as long as it arrives before Christmas then that’s fine.
They then replied to that on 18th December to say that in fact they cannot guarantee it would arrive by Christmas, and did I want to cancel the order and get a refund. I replied by return to say yes, as I obviously now need the money back to get a replacement.
As I did not receive a reply or refund, I chased them up the following two days to ask where my refund was… I’m still waiting for a reply and the refund.
If it looks too good to be true… it is. I would strongly recommend that you buy from a reputable UK based supplier instead.
Luckily I bought via PayPal so I have raised a dispute case so hopefully I will eventually get my money back.

Beware TechintheBasekt is an online Scam!
I ordered a Nintendo Switch OLED on 15 December and have contacted TechintheBasket three times by email for an update, but I have received no responses. I have not even been provided with a tracking number or any information on the status of my order.
I also tried their online chatbot, but it did not provide any meaningful assistance. I called their customer service number (+44 161 507 1594), but it only plays a message asking me to “select the extension you need,” without providing any options.
At this point, I am concerned that this may be a scam. If I do not receive a prompt response and a clear update (including tracking details, if dispatched), I will report the matter to Trading Standards and pursue a chargeback with my bank/card provider.
I’m extremely disappointed, as this order was intended as a Christmas present for my son, and the lack of communication has been very upsetting.

I would pick zero stars if I could! I ordered an iPad on the 8th of December expecting the item to have plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. I had no confirmation email, no dispatched email, NOTHING! I emailed a few times and received no answer back. I then received an email to say that my order would be with me before the 22nd. After replying and asking for proof of dispatch or tracking number I still didn’t received anything. I emailed again and asked what was happening to be told that the item had been “lost” no proof of that! Just that it was apparently “lost”. I’ve demanded a refund but still no straight away reply! Just being ignored now. That was meant to be my daughter’s Christmas present! Cost me almost £300! Now she’s going to have to go without because this stupid “business” wants to piss around!

Be careful using this company, I order mid November, and I am still awaiting the order. After many, many,many emails to them they no say it is lost in transit and they're reordering.
They 100% do not have a 24/7 customer service team, I would guess all based outside the UK based on the reply times of their emails.
They have ruined Christmas for my family now and I still don't know what is happening with the parcel.
I am writing on here to inform others of the poor service, but also giving techinthebasket.com a chance to reply and resolve the issue, since they don't reply to emails, if this work I will update others of a better way to get support from them

Edit: absolutely no communication was received from the company until I got PayPal involved for a refund (PayPal were great! Really helpful) but I will never, ever, ever deal with this company again. They don't appear to have a UK company they trade through IDS (Hong Kong) was disvoled back in Oct 23 and techinthebasket does not exist, which are the two companies that send the info and receipts. As much as I may have had good experience with them prior to 2023 I fear this was a different company that are now scammers left right and centre. I ordered a Xiaomi phone from Techinthebasket in November, placing the order on a Saturday. The phone was delivered on the Wednesday and I was impressed with both its pricing and speed of delivery. I left a glowing review on Trustpilot (which I have since deleted) and wrote that I would happily revisit the site should I wish to buy another phone. A couple of weeks later, I decided to order another phone from them but this time round their service has been non-existent. I placed the order on 03 December and when by the 9th I hadn't received confirmation of shipping, I dropped them a line querying progress on the processing of my order. Within less than an hour of sending my email, I received a notification from Paypal advising that Techinthebasket had refunded my money. I wrote to them again on the 10 and 11 December seeking to understand what went wrong but as of 15 December, I haven't received an acknowledgment, much less the courtesy of an explanation. I've since ordered the phone from another Hong Kong based firm whose service has been excellent.

SCAM!
They claim to be an AU business but they have no Australian ties to business. No ABN. No contact center. No phone number.
There's only an email for both their Australian and UK website which is very suss.
They don't reply to the emails also.
I ordered a tablet, they didn't give me a tracking number for over a week, I was emailing them asking for the tracking.
After no response I emailed threatening to tell the bank and then they emailed that same day saying that my package "was lost" and there was no way to get it back, with apologies and a full refund.
It was an honest waste of time, just pay a bit more for a product that's actually from an Australian business and save your time. Sometimes going cheaper isn't worth it at all. And you don't know what you are getting. It could be nothing.
