I've been trying to buy their chocolate latte powders online for 3 months now but they only offer one flavour. Ive messaged them several times but just get robbed off with some crap about them moving warehouse, which if you check their social media they've already done this! Therefore I just cant trust them. Its a shame because if they stocked more online they could make a killing, but obviously cant be bothered to be transparent about what is going on.

I ordered and paid for tea on December 4th and it still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to emails at all. I had to ask my bank to refund my money. Be careful. New update: After long 4 months the order was delivered.

Not received the past four orders after years of ordering with them for our business. We've been emailing every day, no replies. This is a scam and needs to be shut down

I setup a subscription with them for nearly £95 a month which included a rather indulgent amount of tea but I was so enthusiastic. The first order arrived and the tea was beautiful so I continued the subscription. Unfortunately they have now taken 3 further payments from my account and all 3 of those orders have failed to arrive. September, October and November orders all failed to arrive. I've tried to contact them multiple times and been ignored. I can't cancel the subscription as they've left no way of doing so. You have to email support but support never answers. There's no phone number and my bank won't step in and help recover the money lost.

Somebody stop these scammers please. I'm 75 years old and don't know how to get this made right!

I failed to see the recent reviews about Tea and the Gang,so I paid and waited for the order to arrive. Eventually my email was responded to by the company owner who stated “false information was circulating about them going bust. You can view this information online if you google.The items never arrived and no refund issued. I had to contact my bank about the transaction.

They take the money for the products, never ship it, and never return the money - even though they promised they will.

This company is Ceased to Trade but Shopify are giving them a platform to continue taking money for on line orders. Have contacted Shopify but they say it’s my problem speak to the retailer. DO NOT ORDER from them, note Shopify offers no consumer protection.

I order various teas. They haven’t been delivered. And to make matters worse, they don’t respond to emails. So now I don’t have the teas that I have paid for and they have kept my money.
I wonder if the firm has gone bankrupt and they haven’t the decency to tell their customers.

Was due to be back at work for 10:15. Was stood at the till at 10, waiting to give my order. Guy completely ignored me and walked past, then asked the other people behind me to pay who had been waiting for their food, so they pushed right in front of me. I didn't want anything cooking, just wanted to pay for a packet of sweets. 15 minutes passed, still being ignored, I was smiling at the guys taking orders to try initiate some sort of acknowledgement. Got to 10:15, I put it back, and left. I get theyre busy, but I just needed someone to let me pay.

Ordered already few times and never had any problems. Teas taste great and always arrive very quickly (3-4 working days). Really not understanding all these bad reviews here. I had just good experience! Very happy customer!

We placed an order for £400 but never received the product. There was no communication about any delays, so we reached out to ask about the delivery. Initially, we received no response. After contacting them on social media, they finally replied, stating they couldn’t fulfill the order. They promised a refund, but it never came. In the end, we had to rely on PayPal’s buyer protection to get our money back.

Do not trust this company.

Beware when buying from the website. I purchased 100 teabags on the 18th December 2024. The company took the money but never sent me a shipping email and I don’t believe they sent out my order. There was nothing on their website or social media to say they were having issues, so I gave it a couple weeks with it being Christmas and New Year, however after that still nothing arrived. I’d emailed for an update and had no response, so I messaged their Facebook page and Neill responded, he said they’d had sickness and would investigate why I’d not received my order and would respond to my emails. This didn’t happen. I chased again and was told the teas were lost in transit. I asked for the teas to be shipped again and was told they would refund instead. I chased again and was told again I’d receive the refund. Another week went by and still no refund. I chased again and Neill said they were short on staff and tea, but still no refund. I chased again and was completely ignored. PayPal have refunded me today as unfortunately I had to open a case. I’m sad as I was a loyal customer for around four years, but this was so stressful for me I will not be buying from this company again.

Fantastic offering of food and drink, the matcha is as good as you will get anywhere.
Wish you has a place in London!

very very bad service! There's no point in them having a beautiful online page and leaving their customers with no answers to their requests, unfortunately, I placed an order online in February and with a lot of difficulty (on the part of tea and the gang), it only arrived this month . However, I won't be able to clear customs in time as they don't respond to any emails! I no longer count on any assistance from the company, I just leave my warning here, don't spend your money with them, you'll just waste your time!

I was looking for a job and i came across tea and the gang. I was excited to get an interview and join the team.
Unfortunately, after we scheduled a meeting, I logged in the zoom meeting and waited 20 minutes, nobody showed up. I called them but nobody picked up. After a few days i called again and explained what happened, the girl apologized about that deeply and rescheduled my interview, for today. And AGAIN, no one came. That is so disgusting and disrespectful. If you cant come, dont need employees at least have the dignity to CALL THE PERSON!

Great customer service. After mixup with order they sorted out as soon ans possible and send me missed ones. Highly recommended!

Love these guys, love their teas and their friendliness and willingness to help, chat, find the right tea that you will love. The only problem is how to choose as there are so many nice flavours it's really hard to pick so we have lots!

I now get all of my tea from tea and gang, they are always so helpful and friendly. The tea is amazing too! I cannot recommend them enough!

Always a warm welcome from the knowledgeable Tea and the Gang Team providing excellent service and quality products. I'm working my way through their selection and keep finding new favourites. Pop in and see the Team, you won't regret it.

Been here a few times now the lovely lady at the front of house is so welcoming and very knowledgeable.
I've tried a few but favourite so far is the chocolate caramel matcha latte.
You can take away or there is a small sitting area which is nice and relaxing.
Will continue to use definitely deserves 5 stars.
