I sometimes receive mastercards via Tango from a gaming site. They always arrive promptly and their customer service are quick to respond. My reason for 3 stars is that they charge £3 for a physical card - which is fine, however, I think you should be able to top up the card with future rewards. Unfortunately, they do not allow this. You need to request a new card each time - more plastic! Another reason for the lack of stars is that the virtual card is not as widely accepted as I was led to believe.

My experience with the staff member was quick and very easy to understand. On the other, they did not stop contacting me till the issue was solved. Then the staff member made sure I had gotten my issue done and touch base with me to see if I needed something else, they could help me with.

Tango is a great option to be able to give a gift card, allow the recipient a choice. As well as being able to track who received it and when they redeemed it. The tracking piece is a huge reason, because it can be easily audited.

This was my first purchase from Tango and after being burned from couple other sites I was concerned ....but absolutely the BEST BEST customer service I've ever experienced!! I thought product was defective but it turned out to be my ignorance!! They were responsive and always communicated. I'm a fan now!

My Tango Reward was locked up because of a wrong email address. Tango figured it out and found my gift card sending it to me in a new link to recover it. It is now in my possession and ready to use. Tango could have said "Sorry" it has been locked up too long, but they didn't and graciously helped me find it and saw to it that it got to me. THANKS TANGO !!!!!!!!
