The whole process was super easy and streamline. Best bang for your buck. My frames came back with new lenses which are just as good if not better than you typical top of the line brands. Jacob and his team did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend!

Had a pair of old ray bans with cracked lenses. I sent in the glasses and in 10 days total had them back perfectly functional. Great customer service too. I’m sure that the color quality is significantly better than the original lenses. I went with brown-15 tajima lenses and the colors with the new lenses are super vibrant and all eye strain and reflections are gone. Perfect for staring at the ocean figuring out where to surf!

Process couldn't be easier, lens quality is elite. Will go Tajima again next time I need a lens reload.

I really had no idea what I needed to do to replace my lenses. I’ve had a really cool pair of Kaenon Hard Kore’s for a few years, but they needed an upgrade. Kaenon doesn’t make them anymore, so I searched the web and by chance I very fortunately found Tajima Direct.

Their chat feature and customer service was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. After I received my lenses, I made a quick phone call and they were able to very simply walk me through how to replace them myself.

In a time when customer service has seemingly diminished, Tajima Direct was fantastic. I highly rate them and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall a positive transactional experience and love my new glasses. I am visually impaired and wondered whether Tajima Direct could address my needs. I am pleased to report they did. This was my first experience in working with an online optical company. Because of my positive experiences I have ordered a pair of progressive prescription sunglasses.

This was my THIRD pair of glasses to have lenses replaced with Tajima Direct lenses, so I guess I am a repeat customer, and also a customer for life! Each pair has a different lens color and I can't decide which one is my favorite. The color, clarity and quality of Tajima Direct lenses is unparalleled to anything else out there. LOVE my Tajima Direct lenses!

I have informally let other sailors know about my ‘secret weapon’ the minute I ordered the blue mirror grey lenses, and am delighted with the way they take my Mustos into the 21st century. This Saturday, I hope to put my polarizing lenses to good use, when I go sailing with my new Tajima Mustos. I’ll let you know how it goes, but I can already tell you the glasses are great, the service impeccable, and the sales consultation by email got me everything I wanted and needed.

I have lived on the beach my entire life of 55 years- been through many brands of sunglasses- these lenses are absolutely hands down the best. Eye soothing and distortion fee. Fit my frames perfectly. A+++++ Awesome customer service and super fast.

I dropped my Persol sunglasses and one of the lenses shattered. I am not sure how I found it but I found the Tajima site on line and decided to try it. I was really impressed with their descriptions on line and then placed an order. They promptly sent me a box to uses to send my frames in . When I did that , I had second thoughts on the particular lens I ordered and emailed them wanting to know if I could change . Jacob was really helpful and actually emailed me pictures of the two lenses side by side so I could see how they compared. Terrific service. I ended up staying with my first choice. Now that the sunglasses have come , I am really impressed with the Tajima replacement lenses. i will definitely order from them again. The turnaround time was about a week.

Terrific company, service and product. Their honesty steered me in the right direction and kept me from ordering double what I needed. The quality of the glass, polarized lenses is superb. Persol no longer makes these lenses, and the originals broke. I love these frames, so I‘m a delighted Tajima customer.

Received my lenses a few weeks ago. I'm on the water 4-6 hours/day and LOVE the clarity! Everything is crisp and defined. Eyes feel great. Was also super easy to install into my Kaenon frames. Highly recommended!
