First visit to site, web experience was very simple easy to order. My item was dispatched quickly and when it arrived it was nicely packaged. Would definitely order from Sync With Style again.:)

Great service when they reply.just sometimes a little slow in replying to. Shirts amazing colours are awesome.. would have wanted the material to be like normal shirts ..guess that my opinion amd style..

Unfortunately a poor experience... a belt was delivered however not the one I ordered. I have sent 2 emails to try and get an exchange and also complained through PayPal and have had no response from either avenue. Leaves me questioning if the belt is genuine article or just another fake clothing website selling fraudulent clothing items!

Happy with the two shirts I ordered but a button immediately fell off of one of them when I opened the packet - ended up sewing it back on myself and kept the shirt.

So, good products but a problem with the finishing/quality control

Nice shirt. Had to get a larger size and it took me a bit of correspondence to get the correct size delivered. But the team were very helpful.

I thought an oddball shirt might be a bit of fun. I buy quite a few shirts from online companies so ordering a 16 classic fit is normally fine. I received the shirt and when trying it on found it to be far too small. I then tried to find the returns requirements. After filling in their online form and getting no response after several days I then tried getting the return address by emailing the company, still no response. I'd paid by Paypal so I wrote a stern message via there system. Surprisingly I got a response immediately from a guy named James. It took several email exchanges with him and had to give proof of delivery at their end before I eventually got a refund. Of course unlike other online retailers I had to pay for the return postage, quite expensive to get signed for delivery. Finally after having to wade through as much info as possible I find that it is normal for the shirts to be undersize from these people so be warned. I won't be buying from them again.

I received the shirt,which was too small,I returned the shirt,however,they
never received it.After much checking on their behalf it was deemed lost
and they offered me a replacement or refund. I'm wearing the shirt now,
..........excellent service.

They have some lovely shirts and good price.

I have tried several of these shirts , and I have found to be incorrectly sized. They are a small size, but the actual size information when ordering is incorrect.
The delivery date always gets extended after you place the order.
It's a real shame as the shirts look lovely and it's rare to find something truly different.

The shirt was listed as previously being for sale for nearly £50 but the quality of the material was shoddy at best and had numerous loose threads and just generally poor.

still waiting for refund over 3 weeks later and no contact from supplier since
