While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do NOT book this property

Do NOT book this property! I made a same-day booking, but the host completely failed to send me the necessary automated access codes or check-in details. I arrived at 11:00 PM and was left completely stranded outside in the middle of the night with no way to get inside and no physical reception or staff to help.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for a room I physically could not access, management completely refused. They took my money for a service they did not provide. This is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional. Save your money and your safety—avoid this place at all costs.
