I asked them to remove the material and provide me the source and was replied with a combative letter telling me to basically”lawyer up” for them to provide the data link.
This seems to be more of a basement operation without a data compliance officer.

Thieves
Thieves! They’ve taken 4 x £29.95 payments as StudyMode and StdentBrands without my authorisation.
I went on to check the site for 7days for £7 only but found it really rubbish. They then went on to take money out of my accounts without my authorisation.
This is daylight robbery! I have contacted them and they’re saying I purchased it from their website, yet I haven’t been on their website since the initial first day I had a look and decided it wasn’t useful.
Despicable!

Biggest ripoff out there
Couldn't login on , even when I did get, I couldn't manage to get the essays to open properly. Personally, I think this is the biggest ripoff going. I got took for $119.00 for a year subscription that I couldn't use. I tried to cancel as soon as I figured out it wasn't worth using, but they wouldn't hear of it. My advice, use Google scholar. It's free.

CHARGED ME FOR MOST EXPENSIVE TRIAL AND THAT IS NOT THE ONE I SIGNED UP FOR!
I signed up for the $9 a month trial, but was charged $119.40 INSTANTLY! I only needed this for one day, so I was able to cancel, but I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE $119.40 TRIAL! I haven't heard back about a refund, and if I don't, I will be disputing this charge.

In order to provide a discounted rate as oposed to our exisiting standard monthly plan, the amount of an annual StudyMode subscription is billed upfront. The terms of this subscription are listed at least two times separately during the sign-up process so that the purchaser is aware the amount is billed yearly.
