Spareroom was so fast and easy to use it kept everything confidential and made it easy to contact the people renting the rooms I found a beautiful fully furnished room with it's own bathroom and utilities and Internet included and it was within my budget I have access to the gym and pool as well as the kitchen and the people I live with are so wonderful thank you Spareroom for meeting my housing needs.

This is not a act. There they are roommates waiting for you reach out farther, farther, farther. Yeah

This company is quick to respond. They gave me a free upgrade. I have found decent roommates on this site.

Very easy process I highly recommend. The lanlord was very pleasant and accommodating.

The platform is easy to use and there were a large number of people, all ages and backgrounds, looking for rooms. I had many inquiries and found a roommate within 4 weeks.

I was desperate for a room as we were on holiday and my husband ended up in hospital. I found your app and found a room near the hospital and with a spécial room mate. I was lucky and had no ime to spare in research. Thank you for the service you offer.

SpareRoom has been an excellent source of finding potential tenants over the years. The website is very easy to use and the daily updates are extremely useful as I have very little time to search through potential matches. My one gripe is that I think it should be made compulsory for people seeking accommodation to have a fully completed profile as I often get enquiries from people who haven't bothered to complete their details and requirements. I don't have the time to keep going backwards and forwards asking questions, so I do not reply to these people. I always state, quite clearly in my ads, that I won't reply to anybody who doesn't have a fully completed profile, but this is inevitably ignored. I've made the effort to put as much information in my ad as possible, so I feel that they should also do this!

Have now gotten two tenants with Spareroom.

I think we get fewer but much better applicants than with Craigslist or Facebook. Don’t have to wade through as many people who aren’t qualified and/or clearly didn’t read our ad.

I joined Spare Room a few years ago, and have been an active member for the same amount of time. I love the information they offer and the information they provide. They are the number one place to visit, to be able to get rented accommodation, at a reasonable price.

Very quick response time to questions & concerns by Team. Tips also helpful, & I took the advice recommended. I am getting more inquiries, & since I passed the 30 day "mark" in advertising my ad was renewed AS PROMISED at no cost to me.
