Bought Spade 4 because of price and features a few months ago. You know that saying that you get what you pay for? That's my feeling! Face kept changing by itself outside temperature would show 233 degrees fahrenheit, features came on by themselves, heart monitor was way off. I could go on but I won't. Contacted support and of course they me a list of things to try but nothing worked. Tried to get an exchange but you know how that went. My advice spend little moreb$$$ and get a Fitbit.

This watch was easy to set up. I’m finding it easy to make use of its features. I like the large face of the watch and that I can change it. The exercise tracking is easy. The watch battery keeps its charge for about 3 weeks. It takes about an hour to charge.

The website was very easy to use.

No problems at any point of sale, considering i bought my watch in the hight if holiday season . I love my watch!

It came in the time frame they projected and good service. Easy to get your order in on the site

I purchased my Smartwatch 4 om December 2025. I previously used the Smartwatch 3.

I love the Smartwatch 4. It tracks my steps and distance much better than the Smartwatch 3. The battery life is phenomenal at 10 + days. I also love the larger screen.

The Smartwatch 4 also receives phone calls and sends me notifications much better than the Smartwatch.

I recommend this watch to everyone who asks.

The watch works and was a good price. The battery also lasts a good few days.

It holds a charge a full 10 days and is so easy to change the face, plus love being able to check oxygen levels throughout the day.

From what I've been through I don't believe this company is capable of improving. Why? They only give you 30 days warranty on these watches. Even seconds will last 60 days. I believe they are in the business of giving us seconds that didn't come through their manufacturing process properly and charging us top dollar. Mine is 5-6 months old. It is loosing 78percent of the charge every 4 hours,. It was on charger all night. This morning at 9:15 it was 100%. Fourhours later it was down to 22% and now at 5pm its at 17%. This is not a proper functioning watch. I paid top dollar for a piece of their junk and because it operated for 80 days, plus they said (pardon me, "they" is incorrect.....they don't talk to you at all....its AI that comes back to you with a canned speech offering a $15.00 Credit on future purchases. If you want a reliable smartwatch, theLAST PLACE TO GO IS SPADEANDCO. They are dishonest, greedy, don't give a hoot about what they left you with....they got their money and that's all that matters to this despicable play actor. Don't deal with them ever. You will regret it. They are downright liars, so protect yourself.

Affordability, great battery life, great price, does all the things I need it to. Only downside is the cheap bands it comes with- I hate those plastic things

I really like this smartwatch. I like the apps on it, like the heart rate, stress, Sp02, and sleep monitoring. I have a variety of disabilities that the watch can monitor. I also like that the watch has a long period of time before it has to be charged again. Also, I love receiving my emails and texts as well as answering the phone on my watch. Just like the old Dck Tracy comic series. However, the weather app needs to be corrected. At times, it shows a large temperature like 217 degrees when it is actually 12 degrees on the watch home page, which is very close to being accurate. Overall, I really enjoy and like the smartwatch.

I am really loving this health watch. The battery lasts for days (!) and it is comfortable. I bought it for the sleep and heart rate information, but I'm enjoying the other features to. It's not overly complicated yet has plenty of features.

I have Spade & Company smart watch for almost a year. At first, I was very impressed. But, now that I’ve had it for a while, this watch has some major issues. It is hopelessly inaccurate, if you’re using it for sleep data. It will show that you are sleeping, when you’re awake, and that you are awake, when you’re sleeping. And, if you are awake for more than a short time in the middle of the night, it’ll almost always limit your sleep data to either before or after the period you were awake. It’ll often display inaccurate SpO2 data, heart rate, and respiration data during sleep. For instance, the detailed data for SpO2 will be summarized as ranging from 92 to 100%, but if you look at the detailed data, there are no data points that show 92%. I also find it incredibly annoying that, the watch will not record naps as sleep. Their simplistic AI notifications are beyond annoying and are completely useless. This watch has great potential, but I think the major issue involves the firmware programming, which appears to be quite sloppy.

Perfect gift for my husband! He loved it, he had another brand that broke and had bought me the same brand before. My doctor approved of it too!

I really love this watch! I thought it was going to have a bigger face from the pictures I saw online but it didn't, which I liked. I love the band and how after you buckle the band, the rest of it goes through an opening so it doesn't flop or get hung up on things! Very clean looking. It was very easy to set up too! Honestly, it was so easy I don't even remember how I did it! I just downloaded the app and probably hit a button. (I usually have to get my son to help me but I did it all by myself!) Love the color too! I purchased the rose gold. Love it!

The watch is great. I have two mild complaints/comments. The strap that came with it was tight and I would have appreciated a little longer. No big deal. And I disagree with the step counter, I walk down my stairs (13 steps) and it shows 6 or 0. I'm sure this is just to make me walk more. Overall, I'm happy. Got another strap and walking more. Thanks.
