  • The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
  • The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
  • There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
  • Your vehicle cannot fit in the space

Please note:

  • Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
  • Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
  • Your issue will be confirmed with the Host

Communication from spacer was good…

Communication from spacer was good however the experience was worrying. Host confirmed so money was debited but host was new and wasn't ready to provide garage until unrealistic questions such as our purchase details etc. Best for Host to ask questions BEFORE confirming. Host agreed to refund without penalty. Spacer promptly returned refund. I would use again but would be good to sort details out prior to being debited.

Very impressed with Sarah

I was very impressed with Sarah who answered our email request promptly. She was not only very courteous but was very attuned to our needs. She was obviously very experienced, and I felt confident in dealing with her. Our circumstances changed and we did not require the services of Spacer but would definitely contact Sarah again in the future should we need storage space.

Booked, confirmed, then cancelled

I booked and received a confirmation from the owner about the booking, but then was advised by the owner that they had triple booked the space and that they had to cancel it and provide me with a refund. I did receive the refund, but still, very disappointed! How could this actually happen. Luckily I found a different site that provided car spaces, and have easily booked and confirmed a better car space without any hassles.

Helped me find space

Helped me find space, set up with them, it was all quite easy.
Had a bit of weirdness after making the booking, and started to be concerned it wasn't me who held the booking at all.... But it all worked out.
I appreciated it!

I’ve been using Spacer for many years…

I’ve been using Spacer for many years and it’s a very good platform for renting out a spare car space. The booking process is straightforward and payments are efficient.

I did have a reporting access issue that took some time to resolve, but CJ was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The issue has now been resolved and I have proper access to my payment reports.

I’d recommend Spacer to anyone with a spare parking space looking to rent it out.

The online representative was extremely professional and helpful. She took onboard my queries, made enquiries regarding options for car spaces and fully explained the lease process, including the option not to pursue the lease if the car space was not suitable.
