Policy doesn’t allow you to cancel the…
Policy doesn’t allow you to cancel the ticket or transfer your ticket at all. When the event gets cancelled instead of a refund they decide to transfer your ticket to a random event and only giving you time to ask for a refund if you notice the message before the event (in my case it was a day after). Horrible policy and service and will never go to sofar sounds again. There’s so many other amazing musical initiatives that don’t steal people’s money.

Atrocious experience
Atrocious experience. I booked a ticket for Bethnal Green Sofar Sounds and despite numerous emails they refused to reply to my query regarding the location of the event. I checked my dashboard page many times as per the advice from "frequently asked questions" and they never updated it. They are thieves and refused to reveal the venue to me. I will be seeking a refund if I can ever get hold of them.

Libby from the customer services saved the day.
Had several tabs open on maybe events and mistakenly booked an event focusing on the location instead of the date.
I did reach out to ask if there was any chance to have my purchase moved, but oin the end I purchasing the tickets again for the right date.
Libby checked the flurry of messages I've sent in the span of an hour trying to explain my mess and refunded me of the tickets I purchased by mistake.
Genuinely 5 star service.

Only two acts - second band had key members missing
Only two acts, both of which very samey. Also the second band was missing a drummer and bassist so it sounded really strange - seemed like the lineup was cobbled together last minute to be honest and some of the acts' comments seemed to substantiate this

Everyone was nice so no problem feeling welcome. For the price, the venue wasn’t what I had in mind. The organizers are doing great and the MC was awesome. It would be nice to have a drink vendor or something the crowd could interact with. I think the atmosphere for this particular venue was chilly so it was hard to get comfortable

I have attended several shows
I have attended several shows, and have been impressed each time. The venues have been varied and unique. The artists have been very entertaining and engaging. I have also appreciated the food options when they have been provided.

Hit and miss… this time sadly the venue didnt match the description, and it felt much too formal sitting in row seating like a lecture hall. But the performances are always amazing.
