They sent me the wrong size and when I emailed customer support to try and reconcile it they never got back to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. After placing my order I heard nothing about shipping for weeks and finally followed up with customer service. I was told they were relocating warehouses and my order was delayed. I was offered a refund but since it was a gift I asked them to please still send the gift. I was told it would take 3 days to process and then 3-5 days to ship. After 3 business days I emailed back to see if it shipped with no response. After 8 business days, I followed up again. On the 9th business day, my gift arrived, but instead of being a cute cat face on fun colored socks, it was part of the image I submitted (a lamp) on one sock and half of a cat face on the other sock. Honestly a great gag gift if that were it's intention. I emailed them that same day with photos to show the sub par product that was received. After 7 days I still had no response. I tried reaching out via Facebook with still no response. After 8 days I finally got a response and they gave me a refund saying they were discontinuing their custom socks. It was quite the saga for quirky socks with cat faces on them, but please do not order from this company despite how legit their website seems.

After several months and emails I was asked if I still wanted them and I said I did. However, a week later I was issued a refund. The entire process from order to refund was approximately three months.

Custom pet socks are 12/10
I first learned about SockFancy through work. Since adopting my rescue dog 3 years ago, I've leapt at every opportunity to get custom artwork, keychains, etc. of Darby. Whoever thought of printing your pet photos to a pair of socks was genius (and I don't actually wear socks that often myself)! I liked the idea so much I bought a matching pair for my mom (who DOES in fact wear socks often). Thank you for bringing a little more joy into my family's life!
Delivery Takes Too Long
The socks are perfectly fine. The one thing I don't like is how long it takes between when I place an order and when I receive the order. I can't imagine why it would take 4 weeks to get an order. It takes no more than 7 days to get a Bombas order. The long wait will make me think twice before I order from Sock Fancy again.

I ordered over $100 worth of socks on 6/27/23. Got the tracking info a week later but it never updated to shipping. Reached out to support every 4-5 days for two weeks until I got a response. They said they didn’t know what happened with shipping so they restarted an order. Never got a confirmation shipping email for over a week. At this point it had been over a month since my initial order so I asked for the order to be cancelled. Went and ordered at their top competitor. Sockfancy, you had a whole month to ship some socks…you do know Amazon ships in 2 days, right?

Not worth the trouble.
Ordered £2000 worth of socks to distribute at an event in Germany. The sales agent promised me they would get to me in order to process the order. When they arrived, they didn't notify anyone about a customs charge, which meant the courier didn't deliver the socks to the hotel.
When we got back to the UK (with no socks), the same agent again promised to get another courier to collect and redeliver them. A few days later, sent me another email to say they would no longer help.
£2k down and no socks. Awful service.
Great socks!
The socks are fun and affordable and good quality. Some can be a tad thinner than I would prefer, but overall they're awesome. I'd recommend SockFancy to anyone!
Unfriendly and unyielding return…
Unfriendly and unyielding return policy. I am unable to use the socks I purchased, paid for return shipping, and am now told that a refund is not going to be made. I have to accept a credit. It's unreasonable in today's competitive customer care environment. I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider and will not be doing business with this firm again. We purchased many masks from them during the COVID crisis - not getting any more of my money or business.
Don’t waste your $$
Customer service is non-existent, so if you have an issue or problem you’ll have no way of reaching anyone and they won’t respond to email. Got a 3 month subscription for my bf. First shipment was very late. Second shipment had duplicates if what was sent in the first shipment plus a pair of socks for a girl. Who knows what he’ll get on the 3rd shipment. Would cancel but, there’s no way of reaching anyone. Total waste of money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Father's day gift 2 weeks before to give plenty of time for shipment. They never showed up so they created a new order which also never showed up. I finally cancelled and received a refund.
Woke garbage
They sent me "Pride" socks with my order. Why send something so politically and culturally divisive, possibly alienating half your customers?
The socks went straight into the garbage alongside my subscription. I'm just sorry they got a penny of my money.
Leftover, out of season socks. Extremely disappointed.
I was extremely disappointed with the sock selection we received from Sock Fancy. We ordered a 2 pair selection for 3 months, starting in April. The first delivery included a pair with candy corn designs (again April), and second delivery included a very small, very flimsy pair with space designs, and the third delivery included mix matched rainbow stripe tube socks. It's clear, this company is offering leftover rejects that were not sold in prior seasons. Needless to say, we cancelled the order.

I love getting my socks every month
I love getting my socks every month. I’ve been a customer for two years. The designs are nice. I do have two things to criticize. The socks are very thin. It would be nice for them to be a little thicker. Also I received the same kind of sock for four months at a time. It was an avocado sock. I have gotten duplicates in the past as well. Overall, I enjoy the socks by making them thicker.
