Absolute worst drones you can buy I bought one it was defective. It would do circles on its own with no control. I had to fight to get a replacement and I mean fight to get a replacement when I showed them numerous videos online of this problem that people are having. They did send me one and it caught fire the first time I used it when it landed. The review I left on their website disappeared, and when I notified them of the Drone catching fire, they told me it was too bad because it was out of warranty. It had been a year since the first Drone not the one they sent me that caught fire. They have the absolute worst customer service. Do not buy anything from them. They’re junk. They’re overpriced. Features are terrible

The Snaptain was great to use it was also very fun and also suitable for me and my friends .the camera works super well and you can go very high with it.it has a few modes for the speed and is great for open spaces like the park .my cousin used to have one and we loved it overall it is very good!!!must buy!

The drone worked fine for a few minutes in the driveway, but could not get it to hover without moving one way or another. Went to the park for more room and spent a little time trying to get it to hover steady. Decided to just try out flying it a little bit, and it just started flying away! There was no response from the controls! It just plain flew away, so now we have no drone at all. Worst piece of s**t I have ever seen. My friend has a DJI drone that if it loses signal or battery gets low it just hovers in place or lands itself... Doesn't just fly away. Worst drone ever!!!

If you want to waste your money have the best worst time dealing with a companys customer service/ warranty department and when it's all said and done they won't fix or even send you the part to fix ur new drone then you have found the perfect product the snaptain 500 comes straight from the box with the perfect no wifi connection which apparently can't be fixed if you have ever thought to ur self let's buy a drone with a camera that you won't be able to see out of or take pictures with than you have found ur perfect back yard waste of time and money apparently the wifi module is broken but you must replace the whole drone and won't be able to fly higher than r ur neighbors fence than snaptain one of these wonderfully wastes of money up just to feel the amazing feeling of being ripped off

The drone is easy to use but very sensitive. I am enjoying it a lot! Best gift ever!

This is an amazing drone especially for someone who is starting off like myself. The contents include a spare battery and propellers which is very convenient. Set up is easy and the app is also easy to use.
The drone itself flies at a good height and works for a fair amount of time. This is where the second battery comes in handy. The control panel is very comfortable to use even when the phone is attached. Overall, a great product.

It is HORRIBLE. My husband got one for Christmas. The stupid thing would r connect, wouldn’t calibrate etc. tried EVERYTHING nothing… took back to Best Buy got another one shipped to us to replace that one. It worked… BARELY but had a lot of issues. He flew the thing off our balcony on vacation. It freaked out spun all around lost connection and FLEW ITSELF into the ocean. HORRIBLE. And now these sorry sons guns - SNAPTAIN- are literally unreachable. The website is as crappy as the drone, tabs don’t work, all I can do is email.. and they won’t email me back. Never buy this crap.

This Snaptain SP7100 is my first drone. It is a solid build drone, flies very light and easy with a great distance and clear photo/video images. I like the extra features waypoint, follow me, RTH, flying around one point. The price/quality is very good. This is a drone for beginners with potention for more or professional use.

Very good product, flys well , excellent quantity.

I bought a drone, and it worked great. Two days after the warranty ran out it would no longer stay level. Contact customer service and they say nothing they can do and i should simply buy a new one from then. They didnt even offer a discount. Screw that company!

Got myself a snaptain drone,really smart looking.

An outstanding performance from this drone, the control and setting up is very easy, the camera quality was surprisingly good and the battery was nice as well!
I tried it for the first time in a public open park and saw the city centre skyline! Amazing is just one of the word to describe this drone.

Super drone, very useful and super quality.

Snaptain makes great drones! Fun and easy to use. Very much cool functions for such an affordable price. I will be buying my next drones and parts here aswell

Easy to set up although a bit flimsy, may not last long when. Landing, however all good so far.

Drone lasted one flight. Contacted Annie at UK Customer Care. Offered assistance but now ignores my emails. Complete waste of time and money.
Drone only fit for the trash.

Snaptain customer service is one of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to solve the issue I had, super fast and easy. I would recommend them 100% drone it self is great too, but can’t stop say about how great their customer service is!! So happy about it.

Brilliant for beginners. Has two speeds so when you get skilled you can up the pace. Highly recommended
