The representatives were kind

The representatives were kind, patient, and seemingly interested in what I called about. Very pleasant experience. They listened, which is different for most companies, and the helped solve the problem.

Grateful

In actuality, I was quite surprised with the response. It was quick and easy I received what I requested and less than 30 minutes they help me a great deal, and I am so grateful.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible in every aspect. Avoid! Terrible customer service. Inept systems in place. Turnover is so high, they don’t even allow you a point of contact, even with issues ongoing for a month. BBB complaint made. Awful experience continues.

I read several feedbacks when I was…

I read several feedbacks when I was initially sold to SLS, and I there are many very bad comments, so I was immediately concerned. Upon making a few calls and speaking to the Reps I found most all of them to be quite helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. This transition involves a few possible steps which can seem confusing at first, but we are talking about mortgages so it is necessary for the borrower to be somewhat well educated with the process and this will make things go smoothly. The bad reviews appear to be from those who were negligent on their part to stay on top of the transition.

Quick and easy

Extremely happy with the professionalism and effectiveness of this company. Unlike other mortgage companies I’ve had before, they actually direct you to the right departments without giving you the loop around. Their online system/statements is extremely accurate and all the info is at your hands at any given point. I am very satisfied with how they communicate and handle their costumer service 10/10.

Stay AWAY

Stay AWAY! Absolutely horrid customer support. All they will do is read the script and do nothing to address an issue. I paid off my loan and have been trying to get the excess money back and close my account for two weeks and I have gotten nowhere. Zero response from them. My account now says that they will take $285 of the excess money even though I have a zero balance. All they do is make you jump through hoops trying to get anything done while doing nothing to help you. One of if not the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
