Bought product Jan 5, contacted them on the 15th because it was never shipped they responded it was shipping error on their part and it would be sent promptly with a free product the only thing they did was create a shipping label 7 more days later it still had not been shipped , these people are thieves steal your money and don’t send product can’t reach them by phone or email they don’t respond terrible customer service

Update 12/10/2025:

Customer services emailed and sent a replacement for my first order which had got lost between them despatching it via courier and Royal Mail who never received it. The replacement order was beautifully packaged but the box had been opened at one end. I was sent a free gift of a cucumber and avocado cleansing bar and have now given reviews for all items purchased.

Not sure if I will order from the company again but cannot fault their customer services once they did reply to my first query.

I placed an order on 12 September and paid for express delivery. It is now the 19th September and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed the company who have not replied and although I have been given a postal reference number when I looked it up it says they are awaiting the package from the company as well.

Products were delivered promptly and in good condition
