Deceptive pricing. Not CLOUD-based. Licences limited to 3 computers. How am I supposed to work with my remote partners who review the design?

I have already purchased 1 add-on for ~79 USD on top of the lifetime deal (49 USD). I am looking to buy another add-on wth more templates for 39 USD, as Sketwow provides you with the following number of included templates (... and they still dare to bad mouth Canva for their ocean like unlimited designs where customers feel lost !!!)
Here is what I have in my LTD and an animated add-on.

The software is NOT on cloud, which means I have to take my laptop with me.

Their UI is not friendly as well. I have to figure out how to return/unsave/edit. THERE IS NO clear BUTTON. So, I am so confused.

The idea is nice, but it's not worth it, unfortunately. Their business model is made to suck more money from you and they keep FOMO-ing. It's an LTD.... not a monthly subscription, the price will go up - whatever tactics they use to sell their outdated software.

They have the standard product for $50 for "lifetime" access. However, once you purchase, you're immediately hit with a page wanting you to pay another $79 for "pro" for more templates and fonts. Once you download the software, they push more add-ons -another $69 if you want to animate anything AND another $39 for additional templates beyond the ones you already paid for via the $50 product and $79 upgrade to pro. They are not upfront about any of these costs on the pricing and purchase pages, which is my biggest gripe. It's actually $237 to fully access all features of the product.

I don't *feel* a certain way. You are not upfront about pricing. I'm not the only one who *feels* this way.

You advertise animation, and then not include it unless someone pays another $69. Then you offer pro for $79 (more than the product itself) only after someone pays you $50, for features they thought were included. If you then try to squeeze another $39 for more fonts and templates, that seems unfair after someone just paid you another $70 for just more fonts and templates. When folks ask you about additional costs and add-ons on social media ads, you only answer privately. You remove facts about pricing from your comments. And you flagged this review as defamatory. These are all FACTS.

Sketchwow is have been nothing but helpful since I signed up and they stick to their promises! Thank you so much for your great service, dedication and care!

My licence is no longer working, app is showing 522 error, waste of money

SketchWow helps me communicate ideas and concepts quickly and succinctly without having to take too much time learning it. They are in frequent post sales communications to update and share ideas that help with the user experience of the software.

Seems to be a fraud site. even after payment there is no way you can find where to login or start using but only more links to buy more subscriptions. purposely made to just take money off people.

I found Sketch Wow through a Facebook ad that promised life time access to their product at $47. It seemed a good deal, so I bought it. But on completion of payment, it just led to yet another screen asking for more payments, then another, then another. The Facebook ad has promised the full product that lets you create animated videos, yet after each payment I was told that I would need to buy the next upgrade in order to actually be able to create animated videos like the ones they had shown in the Facebook ad. After the initial $47 I had to pay another $69 and after that, again: “oops, you won’t be able to actually create animated videos unless you pay *another* $69” and finally “oops, in order to get a decent amount of templates, you need to pay another $39”. So what was initially promised at $47 turned into $224. This is a total scam and wholly dishonest, please stay away from this company and do not click on any of their links.

I got in at the very beginning and it has constantly gotten better and better. This will truly help you stand out from the crowd so grab it while it's still affordable.

Unable to export a diagram in any format. Constantly get an "Export Paint Timeout" and when looking for support on their website the support link is broken. This is on a Windows 10 machine

Amazing design software! I will use it for my presentations. I love the animated lines and icon option along with over 100 templates.

I purchased the lifetime deal with the upgrade to all the shapes and graphics on 12/02/2023. I started playing around with this today and love it. The shapes and scribbles are more limited than Canva, but overall I think the software is well worth the money. I used it for my online classes today and my students fell in love! They were very engaged and at the end of the lesson I exported the file for the parents. The parents loved it because it was like a notepad of everything we covered for them to review.

This is such an amazing product. If your looking for a creative way to present your ideas and information, look no further. Sketchwow will do just that!

This application helps me a lot in doing visuals for my presentations while I have little capabilities on creating graphics and visuals.

Sketch Wow is an incredibly cool and functional sketching tool that has completely won me over. From the moment I started using it, I was blown away by its features and how user-friendly it is.

When I started making illustrations for some of my emails and articles, they looked really bad… like an engineer had made them.

I got SketchWow, redid my illustrations pretty quickly and easily, and they look SO much better… more human.

The interface is REALLY quirky, they don't follow standard interface conventions which makes using it harder than it needs to be. There's a bunch of keyboard shortcuts you would expect to work (cmd-a to select all, for example) that don't work in certain contexts or at all.

But I'm not aware of any better tool to do what SketchWow does.
