Good Support

While the website was somewhat confusing and didn't make it clear that seats could not be shipped outside of the EU, my Support Agent was very helpful and kind in solving the matter.

I bought a cockpit more than 15 days…

I bought a cockpit more than 15 days ago, it is true that when I made the purchase they advised that it would take between 7 and 10 days. After this time I have tried to speak through the chat of the page without getting a single answer, today 12/27 I have written an email to ask again about my order, I have written it in Spanish and my surprise is that they answer me saying that They do not speak Spanish, I have translated the text (with the difficulty of putting it in the google translator ... lol) and I have sent them the mail again directly and they have not responded to me again. So that that they respond in an hour is a lie, neither by mail nor by chat. Therefore I do not recommend buying here much and that several friends of mine are customers of this store without google translate….
This afternoon I will open a dispute with PayPal for the refund of my money.

The best customer service i have ever…

The best customer service i have ever experienced. There was a problem with a supplier shipping to the uk, so i had to change to a different brand. The whole team was very helpful, especially Jesse. He acted as my personal shopper and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks again!

It took a bit longer than expected for the item to ship, but throughout the communication via the webchat was brilliant. Would definitely buy from here again, and when it did ship - it shipped to the UK via fedex arriving next day!

Pleasant customer service

When I ordered my beautiful new sim rig I made the mistake of ordering the wrong screen, Simplace quickly sent me an email asking me if I did this on purpose, wasn't the case just my clumsiness. They corrected my order and sent me the remaining money back.

I am a happy customer!

Great Service and great products!

I am really impressed with the level of support Simplace gave me! I was looking for a complete and professional sim racing setup which is easy to install. Noah (support Simplace) gave me a quite a few suggestions and helped me step by step configuring my home sim racing setup. Noah was really transparant regarding the delivery times and options for certain items which made me confident to buy from Simplace.

Conclusion: great experience, great service and products and I will definitely recommend Simplace to anyone else who is looking for sim racing products!!!

Order Trak Racer TR8

I have ordered from Simplace.co. So great experience with them. Guys from simplace helped me a lot and they were very responsive. There was a problem with my shipping from Trak Racer TR8. It wasn't their mistake, it was Trak Racer mistake. They helped me a lot. All the time they checked what's happening with my shipping and notify me. After one month and 15 days I have received my rig. From my experience I can recommend SIMPLACE!

Bad experience
