I missed work due to dealing with issues from my stomach ( which i have for years).I needed a dr. Note so the day wouldn't count against me. I searched for atleast 3 hours for a text only dr. Through telehealth apps. All had me fill out info that took forever and it said in thier ads I could text and I got to the end and I had to be able to video chat or physically call. I needed text because I was to weak from my stomach to drive and no phone signal where I live. Im so happy I found this site! Its a life saver for someone like me who couldn't drive at the time ,and would have to find a way to get a hour to town to a urgent care,and has no or spotty phone service or even phone anxiety! I cant thank them enough for making this so simple ! Thank you ! This is truly appreciated!!

I'm sorry your conversation with your HR director ended in a warning. When you wrote to us that your "note did not work" and you got a warning, we asked what the reason was, so we could try to address it — you told us she "would not expand" on the reason.
We then offered two things to help anyway: a supplemental letter from me (the physician who reviewed your case) and a direct call from me to your employer to walk them through verifying the note. Both offers still stand, at no extra cost.
We firmly stand behind our service — every note is reviewed and signed by a licensed physician, with verifiable credentials and a verification portal your employer can use any time. We're still here to help. Please reply to our last email or write to us at support@sickslip.co.
