Fast shipping and great NK cream switches
Shipping was really quick; I was able to receive my package within 2 days. However, one of the switches was not working but thankfully I ordered more than I needed. The NK creams didn’t sound like how I wanted them to be straight out of the packaging but when the were lubed with the krytox 205g0 lube they sounded amazing! Putting these new switches on the epomaker th80 pro with the osume matcha keycaps were perfect. If you’re looking for a quieter and creamy switches, these are the ones (in my opinion).

Customer service good, packaging lacking
Customer service was good and helpful, but packaging on shipment was a bit light. I could feel the individual switches sliding around in the envelope and under inspection, many switches ended up with bent pins. Not a major issue, but a bit more padding could have prevented this.
