I’ve just completed the sale of my UK property, and I can’t recommend Settio highly enough.

As an overseas landlord based in Singapore, I needed a team I could trust completely on the ground, and Settio delivered on every front. They managed the property for me for many years, found the right buyer when i needed to sell, and then stayed with the transaction through every step until completion. That end-to-end ownership is rare, and it made all the difference.

Sam: fast, solid responses on anything property management related. No chasing, lotsa initiative. Whatever came up, Sam handled it.

Marcus: saw me through finding the right buyer. And it wasn't easy in this market! Sound judgment, honest advice, and a focus on getting a deal that would actually complete, not just a headline offer.

Clare: worked tirelessly with every party involved (solicitors, buyer’s side) to get the transaction over the line. Leasehold sales have plenty of moving parts, Clare kept all of it moving with patience and persistence.

The worst agency I have come across. Very difficult to deal with. Make false promises and then don't live up to them. Went up management to get it sorted, Even management did nothing. Even when trying to resolve problems, not following up, shit customer service. No commercial integrity.

Employees clearly have not been trained. Pushing issues within the organisation. No one wants to take accountability.

Would never recommend this to anybody. Stay away. Save yourself the trouble!!

I had a really positive experience with Settio. My personal situation was a little tricky, but they were very professional and understanding throughout.

I especially want to mention Danny, the Property Manager. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process much easier. He was always easy to reach, communicated clearly and efficiently, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and help where he could.

Max, Lilli-Rose & Ellisha kept me fully informed at all stages of the process & the new tenant was found in record time so we have effectively no void period at the property. We have used Settio for both sales and rentals and although the current market meant that the sale had to turn into another rental period, ALL interactions with Settio staff on both sides of the fence has been nothing short of excellent. We now have two properties rented out through Settio, tenants for the first apartment were found within 24 hours, the second apartment took 36 hours and both achieved the maximum rental amount we expected. So far so good, please keep up the good work Settio. Richard
