It's a great service
It's a great service. I'm working since 7 years ago with minimum problems. I just recommend to include user guides when activate recovery options, for example, how to use mdadm utility.

dispaointing
After using this service for many years I’ve decided to move on to a different supplier. The main problem is that my website was down all the time and the customer service support never gave me a definitive solution, their answer was “reset your server” or pay extra so we can identify what is the problem. Won’t come back agian.
