I ordered one of their mouse lamps as a Christmas present. When my other half plugger the lamp in, it was not working. We found out that the issue appears to be a broken cable near the switch. I emailed Seletti who asked for video evidence which I sent, and they said they are sending me a new transformer. Unsurprisingly, this did not resolve the issue as it is a broken cable not a faulty transformer. I emailed them again with supporting video evidence. They once again told me they will send me a transformer and if that doesn’t fix the problem, will send me a new product. This was about 2 weeks ago now, I have received nothing from them, no other transformer, no new lamp and no refund. I strongly recommend saving yourself a headache and not purchasing from Seletti.
