Hi,would like to thank the Royal marines shop.Over christmas they had 200 orders to get out quite a task.I received mine today will be ordering again soon.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, take your money and could not give a damn what happens after that, damaged item received because it was so badly packed, no response from e-mail, second contact and they just send a piece of paper with a return address for me to pay to return, I am the daughter of an RM and would like to support them but never again will any of us order from this site, but by the looks of the reviews they do not care in any way shape or form!!!

Living in France l ordered a polo shirt priced up in euros, it was only later that l realised that when converted to GBP the shirt was priced at over £5 more than the the UK price, l was also unaware that l would be liable for import and custom duties of an additional £13. Maybe my own fault but a note stating the UK price compared to the price l was charged would have been helpful also the reason for the difference. I almost bought a jacket before l discovered the different prices £85 for me in France £70 if purchased in the UK. All of this before postage was added. As if all of this wasn't bad enough when l received the polo shirt it bore no resemblance to the description on the website, it is of very poor quality and not what l would expect from the Royal Marines. I was going to return it but with the extra cost of postage involved l have decided to cut my losses and put it at the back of a drawer until l can find a use for it. I will not not be buying from the Royal Marines Shop again.

Christmas Cards,. I am afraid to say this years Christmas card selection was very poor.With the rising cost of postage, the better card with the ribbon bow, can only be mailed as a large stamp size, making it an expensive item.
There was very little choice otherwise unless you wanted cards with Royal Marine slang on them.

I come from a military family. My father was a soldier but in 1940 was involved in the formation of Unit 1 Royal Marines, so it’s a privilege to be able to support the Corps Family through buying from the Royal Marines Shop. I’ve found the shop staff to be extremely helpful, always polite & knowledgeable. Great quality products too. Well deserving of this 5 stars review!

BEWARE: Once they have your money they refuse to respond to correspondence!

My order arrived in good time but unfortunately had manufacturing defects. I have attempted numerous methods to contact them to try to resolve the issue but my inquiries go unanswered.

I am currently stuck with a product that I cannot give as a leaving gift due to the defects and I cannot buy a replacement from a reputable place as the Royal Marines/Navy Shop has my money.

I would strongly advise caution when purchasing from them as I am now having to explore using the banking chargeback method to recover my money.

I will provide regular updates here so that potential customers can be fully informed before making a decision!

Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking.

Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.

If I could put no stars I would! Completely outraged with the RM Shop! A business that I though supported the RMA charity! I’m a former Marine and purchased a decanter for my father (also a former Marine) on the 6th Jan 2022, I was told the decanter would take 2 weeks from order date and then 2 days for delivery, 30th Jan, still no delivery. I emailed Tim Cope (commercial director at the time). I was ensured it would be arriving. 4th Feb, still no order. I emailed again and received an email from Tim Copes email but signed of KR I believe for Kerry or Kelly, saying she would look into it first thing in the morning, no email, calls or anything. I have been trying to message constantly and calling the phone number! No response at all! I am really angry and disappointed and would urge everyone thinking of buying from the store to not bother and go elsewhere!

We ordered the RM Corp colours lead, harness and collar for our dog. They were delivered quickly and with a little surprise of a treat size bag of Haribos. All items are made of excellent materials and I especially love the locking devise on the collar and harness to prevent any mishap undoing on walks. They are easily adjustable and fit perfectly. He has had admiring looks and comments on walks. I just need a dog raincoat to match. 😃

Excellent service, My Dad loves his diary, which I buy every year for him, I was disappointed the Falkland Conflict book was out of stock, my Dad went to the Falklands on the Camberra in 1982, and the Royal marines band entertained the troops

Excellent service needed a T-shirt not on the website sent an email all sorted the next morning with a telephone conversation. T-shirts arrived today excellent quality would definitely order again through the charity

I had 2 separate orders and the whole process from ordering to receiving, plus the communication was awesome, couldn't fault it at all. Thank you for the excellent service guys.

I spoke to Tim who went the extra mile to ensure the order was processed and delivered to a tight timescale, my thanks to him and the team for an excellent customer experience. Although, its difficult to concced that the Royal Marines are providing a first class service!
