Timepiece battery replacement.
No stars would be correct if the system allowed!
Dropped my timepiece off on 26/06/2025.
Gave up after a month as this was still not done, after a return visit and a telephone conversation.
I was told retrospectively that these repairs take 2 months!
I used to really like the service at Rockefeller's back in the day.
Unfortunately, standards have dropped and I won't be back.

Mr Jackson,
Your review doesn’t reflect what actually happened. You were quoted up to 6 weeks for the repair, and on inspection it was found to have water damage requiring more than a simple battery replacement. Despite this, you called after just 3 weeks and spoke to one of our female staff members in an extremely rude manner.
We remained professional throughout and even offered to return your watch unfinished when you became abusive. Leaving a 1-star review while the job was still well within the quoted timeframe is misleading – the only thing that fell below standard here was your behaviour.
It’s also worth noting that almost all of your previous Trustpilot reviews are 1-star, which says far more about you than it does about the businesses you choose to criticise.
10/10 everytime…
Have purchased multiple watches from Rockefeller’s. The service is always 10/10 as are the watches they provide. Thanks Ryan, will certainly be back soon!

So accommodating a professional
I had been looking for a Rolex Datejust with a very specific factory fitted aspects. I had seen a few in the market but none were in excellent condition. This was. They accommodated me by meeting on a Sunday. They have been so responsive. Not pushy and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Ryan and team. Patrick

A beautiful family run store in Manchester City Centre, The staff here are very welcoming never pushy and so informative about whatever item of jewellery you are looking at purchasing. I've been in store on numerous occasions and dealt with different members of staff and they all go above and beyond at helping you make the right decision on your purchase, I've recommended them highly to friends and family and will continue to do so as I myself wouldnt go anywhere else.

The best in the game, never felt more welcome when walking into a jewellers and to be sat down with a verity of options to a watch that suits you for a suitable price you couldn't really ask for more.
