Long story short : had a defective item. Support was awesome but could not find a solution. Had a proposal to wait for a replacement with updated version. Nothing to ask, no call, no long procedure. Got the item in my mailbox last week free of charge. This is just the right way to handle this kind of problem. Be there. Be exactly where your words are. Will buy again with great confidence due to this impressive commitment.

I have purchased 8 of the Rhinokey Smartcards (4 black/4 white). I use them to keep track of our families iPads, wallets, important document folders and even vehicles. Very easy to setup and use in the Apple Find My app.

Switched to 4-packs of Rhinokeys over AirTags and couldn't be happier. Real-time luggage tracking in Find My eliminates baggage claim anxiety. Plus, keeping track of wallets and purses is effortless. Highly recommended!

The card size is just like a Credit Card and it’s working like an AirTag. So my wallet is now more slim ! About Battery lifetime I can not say yet buter after two weeks of usage shows still full battery.

This wallet tracker is seriously awesome. It's so tiny and was a breeze to get working. Plus, the sound it makes is surprisingly loud for something so small! I definitely recommend this if you're always misplacing your wallet. It's a lifesaver!

Perfect wallet tracker that just works

I got the Rhinokey Smartcard mainly because I wanted something that actually fits inside my wallet without the bulk of an AirTag, and it does exactly that. It slides right into my card holder like a normal card and you genuinely forget it is even there, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Setup was super smooth. The connection was instant and the step by step guide they provide is really easy to follow, even if you are not very tech savvy. It took me just a couple minutes from opening the package to having it fully working on my phone.

The tracking works reliably and gives peace of mind knowing I can quickly find my wallet if I ever misplace it. That alone makes it worth it for me.

Shipping was also great. No delays, no issues, everything arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, really happy with it. Simple product, does exactly what it promises, and solves a real problem without adding any hassle.

We have placed Rhinokey smart cards in all our purses/wallets and in our passports. The peace of mind it has provided is worth it. I’ve since ordered a key holder too! The smart cards are so thin and are perfect for easy tracking of our wallets and purses. The set up was so easy too, a few taps on the phone and it’s done. We even share the location of each item with other members of the family for added convenience. The products come well packaged and are a great price for what they provide. Will certainly buy more Rhino products in future!

I used this in my luggage at Faro airport and with such ques I was thinking, " not see my case again" but after a 2.5 hr que thru i clicked the android "Find Hub" and found our luggage straight away as it was'nt on the conveyer system it was in a big pile of cases they had taken off. TEN OUT TEN for Rhinokey.

I bought a pack of four of these, one for myself and each of my three sons, and was surprised at how easy they are to set up and pair with my phone. Less bulky than the Apple AirTag, I am now looking to get a couple more to add to my travel bag and rucksack!

Easy to order and excellent coverage. Very straight forward setup process and a valuable accessory for the traveller with assurance that if your luggage is lost in transit you know where it is to make insurance claims far simpler and more likely to get resolved rapidly

To be honest, I ordered these as I wanted a few trackers, and these were a reasonable price, on offer, for three cards. They arrived in good time and were easy to set up once charged. They do need to be placed on the charger the right side up, the charging symbol facing the charger, but that was a minor thing. There was a small issue, but that was due to the Find Hub app, not the card. The cards themselves are slightly thicker than a credit card but otherwise match in size and shape. For me, the standout feature was the sound the card emits when triggered in the app. I have a similar product from a different manufacturer, which was difficult to hear, even when very close. This one from Rhinokey is loud enough to hear from inside my wallet, which was inside a thick jacket pocket several meters away. Maybe not earth-shattering, but much better than my previous one, while the map and the Find Nearby option in the app get you close enough to hear it. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tracker for their wallet or luggage.

I looked long and hard at a number of tracker cards specifically credit card size and kept coming back to Rhino. The slim profile and weight was two important features I wanted before I’d look any further. The claimed 5 months battery life and Wi-Fi charging was the next hurdle cleared before moving onto software it piggybacks off of. Using Apple find my was quick and easy to register on in two steps only and we’re up and running 😎 My vehicle is clearly visible and identified by the name you give it and the system drops you a line to say where you drove it and parked it! If it was you! My wife has her card registered on the Find system on her Samsung that works equally as well. No fat expensive batteries to worry about, quick simple charging on the great charge pad. Excellent product, very competitively priced and leaps ahead of other brands I’ve tried.

Ordered three as we are retired and spend a lot of time travelling. I was sceptical about their ability to tell me where my items were with any accuracy but was delighted when I put them into use 1 they arrived in a timely manner 2 they are really easy to set up - personalise and share with my other half 3 the documentation did not (or I couldn’t find it) tell me how to turn them off when not in use. I put a query on the site expecting a result at some time, but was surprised at getting a simple and useful answer, personalised to me, within 8 hours I would certainly recommend them

My family and I have eight of these Smartcards. They are an excellent way to track your belongings. They are easy to set up and register in the Tracking Hub. They are also small enough to be successfully hidden in checked luggage and to be overlooked by the thief when the luggage item is opened and searched for telltales or tracking devices. They also fit perfectly and unobtrusively in wallets and purses. Battery life seems to be excellent too.

About to go on a long holiday, a tracking card seemed like a necessity. After checking out several brands we decided on Rhinokey. It arrived a lot quicker than expected as we are in Australia. Setting up was such a breeze even though I am a novice with such things. Had the card set up and ready to go in under a minute. No Fuss! The charge lasting 5 months is definitely a bonus. We feel more confident that we have done all we can by using the Rhinokey Smartcard so if anything goes wrong, we will be able to locate our property. Would recommend Rhinokey Smartcard.
