Our flight was an hour and ten minutes late. When we arrived to pick up our car it was rented to someone else and we were told we couldn’t get a refund because the rental was considered a no- show. I am still waiting after three and a half hours to talk with a human representative ( after getting a text saying someone would call me as soon as a representative was available). I also had problems with the computerized voice messaging system each time I called.

We bought a "Full Coverage Policy" for our rental. We had a minor accident and reported via email that we were disputing the original costs. We find out afterwards that the Full Coverage Policy covered just up to 3000 euro and not in full. After some months disputing the costs with Sixt we received the correct invoice for the damange. Only at that point Discover car mention we were not longer eligeble for the refund because it took us too long.

When we booked the car, we carefully reviewed the cancellation policy, and at no point did it mention that the insurance fee would be non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or delay. However, when our travel plans were unexpectedly delayed and the booking was cancelled, we were surprised to find out that the insurance money wasn’t refunded. This feels completely unfair and misleading.

If there is one word that can sum up what i think about this company, that is GRATITUDE. From the very moment I arrived alone with my child to the island, George and his team took care of us like we have known each other for years. They picked us up at the airport, they offered child seats, they gave us an amazing price for a long term rental and they were always available for any need that arised during the way. Not only they proved to be the most efficient and professional rental car provider in Greece, but also the most committed staff.

And what can best describe them is QUALITY CONSISTENCY: they put effort in everything they do, and this is something you don't get to see very often now a days. From the way they care their fleet, to the way they take care of their clients and even personnel.

No matter what you may need, George and his team will be able to get it for you (cars, motorcycles, bikes, tours, fishing trips, advises to enjoy the island...). You name it.

When you see an owner that treats you as a true friend, you know you are in front of a company that deserves the best success possible.

We truly cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and for every person we have recommended you (and will still do so).

BEWARE DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! Our flight into Palermo was delayed due to inclement weather. A call was made to the rental company, notifying them. When we got to the service desk to pick up our car, we were told that it was given away, because we were late, and they thought we didn't need it anymore! They did not have the same type of car available, so we had to go to a different car rental desk to get a car, which cost us over $400 more than the one we reserved five months prior to our trip. Not only was it reserved, but a deposit and extra fee for full coverage was paid at the time it was reserved. Instead of reimbursing us for monies paid out, let alone the additional money paid for the car we rented, and the added stress to the start of our vacation, the claim is being "looked into" This is going on for a month now. There is no telephone number to call and actually speak to someone, only conversations through emails, when they get around to it. I have never been so livid with a big corporate business than I am now. Just an all-around, horrible experience! I wouldn't even give them one star, if that was an option!

Very nice cars! Mr. George is a very kind person and all the team they're very friendly. When we are coming again we will come to rent from you.
