Beware
Beware. They will give you a painful headache. I intially went in on a promotion on 2025 June 17th for a shared workspace. After a couple of months without any notice they increased my rent from $250 to $800. I decliend and they never gave me my security deposit back. They charge you for things you never use. and you have to fight to get the reimubrsement back. Never use it!

It's surprising that you chose to bring your dispute to the public domain.
Because of your unacceptable behaviour towards your centre team, we cancelled your agreement, but I'll be happy to address your points.
You enjoyed a heavily discounted rate with us for your first seven months of your month-to-month agreement and chose to relocate to another centre when the discount was reduced. Such price increases are communicated in advance, and I can only apologise if you did not receive the notification.
We immediately credited the charges you received for additional services back to your account when you told us you did not require them, and we explained this at the time.
