I booked an appointment which was booked for today. Waited in then called a mobile number which was switched off then sent a message.
Was asked a few questions which could of been asked before a confirmed booking Then a guy wants to make a stupid offer of £400/500 for my rangerover utter madness SCAMMERS

Time wasted. Booked appointment gave a good price. Sent confirmation and on day had to I had to text Afzal to confirm appointment and he replied that it’s non ULEZ hence not interested. Should not waste people’s time as registration was provided initially and valuation was given knowing car was non ULEZ.

Arrived on time. Very pleasant attitude and took no time at all to inspect car. Haggled price slightly which was to be expected but agreed a fair price. Paperwork completed within 5 minutes and cash transferred.
All in all, no complaints and would use again.

Sale was quick and easy. They will come to you at your own convenience and even settle finances on your car if any… I am really pleased with their service and would recommend.

Don't trust them to turn up or acknowledge the appointment, I had booked it and had the confirmation. 30 mins after they were due I called them and was told there was nothing booked? No apology or acceptance of the online booking on their own app.
Total waste if my morning and time

The trading agent was absolutely amazing from start to end. He helped me get the car out of the car pound, drove me to where I needed to get to and did exchange of purchase. He was so helpful!!

Gave a fair and reasonable price, with funds transferred immediately. Notified DVLA immediately of transfer of ownership.

Good service

I had a guy come round and look at my car. It's a 3yo hyundai that has done low milage with top spec, the original offer was £13,890.
After looking over the car and mentioning there was a few scratches( just needing buffering as they were branch scratchings) and some damage to the front alloys. His final offer was £12,000...... £1,890 off the price for doing a cleaning job and to do a bit of alloy refurbishment, what a joke!
Don't bother, it's just a waste of your time as other company's offered me more than £12,000 without a check
