I wish- stars were available

I wish- stars were available. Almost a month since I ordered. Money was withdrawn and paid out. Still no case to try out. According to USPS tracking there is nothing yet to ship.

SCAM COMPAMY

Ordered a case months ago. They solicited adding a solar battery back-up charger, which I fell for. It is now November and neither have been delivered despite many emails. Norton security now blocks access to the Punkcase website reporting it as a phony company. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY BY BUYING FROM PU KCASE, THE PRODUCT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED.

I'd rate them zero if I could.

I'd rate them zero if I could.
Straight up sent the wrong case, emailed immediately, got some half-assed response saying they'd refund or send the right one.
They then proceeded to send neither, and ceased to respond.
That was months ago.

Do not buy from these thieves.
You will be shafted.

Poor response to emails. They use DHL to ship and it is slower than the post office. It's been six biz days since my order and DHL is still waiting for receipt of item.

Where is my package

My shipping label was created 7 days ago and my package has still not been dropped off at the post office. I emailed 2 days ago inquiring about my package and have gotten zero response. Seeming like a scam at this point.

Don't use them

Ordered from a UK based company only to find out item is shipped from US. There is no movement on my order since 27 Otober and they keep on responding to the wrong issue. I have not yet received the item and also am not receiving any response that resolved my issue.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a case from punkcase on Sept 18th 2025. It is Nov 2nd today. I have received nothing, nada, niente.so I tried contacting them and got an automated reply which said we will send you a case. That’s it. I have contacted DHL who are meant to be their transport and Shopify who host the site. I have heard nothing from anyone. Punkcase have stolen my money. It’s that simple. They are thieves and scammers.
