This company uses a bait and switch tactic.

I was quoted $600 to ship my car and signed the contract based on that price. Immediately after signing and providing my credit card information, the broker came back saying the “cheapest driver” would actually cost $1,300–$1,700, more than double the original quote.

The broker even tried to blame the increase on gas prices. I would understand a small increase, but more than doubling the price after the contract is signed is completely unprofessional. If this is their full-time job, they should at least be able to ballpark a realistic estimate of what transport will actually cost instead of quoting a number that isn’t even close.

When I said I would go with another broker, I was told I could be charged $400 in cancellation fees — a $200 broker cancellation fee plus a $200 “driver cancellation fee.” After reviewing the contract, there is no such $200 driver cancellation fee listed, especially since no driver had even been assigned.

Overall, this experience felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.

This place is awful. Their "manager" head broker Stacie Garcia has no knowledge and all she did was lie. It took her over a month to find a carrier and I had to call her the day before I needed my vehicle shipped to make sure I had a carrier. When I called she still didn't have one. Later that day she said she had one and they would be to my residence between 9 and 12 the next day. When the carrier called a few hours later they said they had to come that day at 530. We were no where near the vehicle and that wasn't the original plan. The carrier canceled the order. Stacie assured me she would find someone for the next day. Did she? Nope! She never called back. Guess what she did do though. Took the 375 out of my bank account that wasn't supposed to be authorized until the carrier came and got my vehicle. When I called Stacie and asked her about the money she apologized and said it would be back in my account in 3-5 days. The money was not there so I called Stacie to ask her about it. She refused to give me my money back and then claimed it was a non refundable deposit. In the contract the deposit that is non refundable is 200 dollars. I was willing to accept the 200 even though the carrier coming on the wrong day was still not my fault it was hers. Isn't that why she is considered a broker? She still refused to give me even the 175 back. Don't go with this company they are liars and thieves.

WOW…. All I can really say This will be the second time using Pride Car shipping. Great service great price & fast deliveries. Stacy clark has been there all through the process. Any time I had any questions or any worries she was there. She was super professional responded to my msg fast which is a double thumbs up for me. Definitely will use this company a third time if needed.
