Their customer support is extremely poor and unprofessional. The website displayed one price, but after I placed the order, they contacted me on WhatsApp asking for a completely different and higher amount. Their communication was rude and unhelpful, and I ended up paying $53 more than the price shown on their website.

Even after overpaying, they later came back asking me to cover an additional $10 PayPal fee that was deducted from their side. When I refused, they refunded the payment minus $10 and told me that I should “take some stress” because they cannot handle everything on their own. After that, they blocked me on WhatsApp.

Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would never recommend using their service. Avoid them at all costs.

Made one order, got it. It was amazing. 2 weeks after i made a bigger order, when it came the tobacco was white like coconut and very dry. The first time it was red/purple and juicy.

I contacted premium hookah on WhatsApp but ignorant service employees who first tried to make me feel like an idiot. They did not believe me.

After some writings they want the tobacco back, so they can sent it back to the factory and wait till they got a new one and then ship it to me again. This can take months.

I suggested that they compensated me with 400 g of new tobacco even though i paid for
1.4 kg.

They did not want to compensate me. So now i lost money and have garbage tobacco. Thanks for nothing premuim hookah or should i call you amateur hookah.

Do not but from this company. They event dont know what they have in stock of what kind of tobacco their suppliers are giving them.

This company is the worst. They made a lot of mistakes. I ordered a shisha and they delivered the wrong product at the wrong address. The customer service doesn’t want to help me and they ignore my emails.

I would NOT recommend ordering something at this company. It is a waste of your money and time. So disappointed.

One of the most well known sites in the Netherland which are online to buy something hookah related like coals or some accessories or basically anything else. Can you imagine this or not? Please post more reviews here about that topic.
