Polite and fast delivery and awesome service

Fast service and delivery. Polite customer service people and on another level with quality of product and service 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone. Keep up the great work guys over at backbone. I am very satisfied customer. Would buy again wish I bought one sooner. Highly recommend to everyone including gamers. You can use streaming apps or Xbox or PlayStation it's cross platforming to the next level. I love y'all characteristics of y'all demeanor. Great job guys and gals keep it up. I would love to be part of the team.

“The best service support.”

“The Backbone One team accurately understood the issues with my device and responded sincerely and kindly, even though it was a tedious process. As a result, all my problems were resolved, and I can now enjoy a more enjoyable gaming life. Thank you!”

effective communication and a friendly approach with backbone team members, while listen to my problem an identifying the issue am facing. giving all the backbone details help backbone team to find out how its best suited to help. however am still waiting for more updates.

The product isn't something I can use…

The product isn't something I can use or would even suggest to anyone. Buy a dedicated system for less and have more options. Support was excellent and even paid for it to be returned, which is why they've got 3 stars instead of 1.

I have owned two of these things and…

I have owned two of these things and they are amazing. I did have issues with what appears to be the ribbon cable on my second one. However, customer support was quick to get me taken care of and sent a replacement.
