Lousy service, very poor customer relationship
I wanted an item of furniture made to my own specs having found that nothing mass-produced fitted my needs. I found this company whilst searching the internet and felt they matched my need. They had an impressive selection of furniture they had made. I completed the contact form and was soon emailed back by Andrew who explained that Peter was on holiday for 3 weeks and they would contact me on his return. I waited and waited and waited until I sent a reminder. Andrew apologised saying he had forgotten to pass on my email to Peter. He said that Peter was not in a position to take on my job at the moment but might be in September! I was not at all impressed. If they don't want my job then it would be more honest to say so. I could have waited until September only to find they still were not able to take on my job.
Appalling customer relationship. It is a wonder they have any customers if this is the way they treat them. Instead I went to West End Joinery who gave me a brilliant service.
