Initially I called in for assistance with migrating our data from an older version Desktop to an online version of Quickbooks. Pete Real returned the call, even though they were not yet open, as he was there a bit early. He promised to have someone contact me when they did open. I do not know of any company that would do the same! He was true to his word and I have to say "very patient" with me as we had many stops and starts. Suffice it to say he offered us a great rate for the Desktop Enterprise program, which is perfect for our business needs. It was refreshing to speak to "one" person who was able to answer any and all of my questions. His title says "Certified Solution Provider" and Pete provided "ALL" of the solutions I needed!! What a concept in today's world!!! Every email always ended with, "let me know if I can help with anything." All of his help and support was stellar and very much appreciated!!

Pete Real and his team did a great job helping my organization transition to Quickbooks Enterprise. The transition was seemless and the support was great.

For years, I had used Quickbooks Desktop. I was used to going to Sam's Club and purchasing it along with Quickbooks Payroll when it was "time." My last version ot these dynamic duo's was 2020. To my utter dismay, I found out that Intuit was no longer offering "stand alone" software. They were now offering only internet subscription or desktop version (Enterprise) with subscription. I searched the internet in vain for a company that would sell the QBooks stand alone version that I was used to but to no avail. I called around and spoke with Pete Real from Paygration. Pete kingly explained that QBooks Enterprise would be what I needed and quickly/painlessly hooked me up - and for a cheaper price than Intuit. He also helped me get up and running and also followed up/provided support. Pete and Paygration are awesome!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The team is really good about following up to verify account information and proactively working to ensure we have what we need. Although our needs have changed much, it's comforting to know someone is keeping an eye on our subscription and ready to help if there is a need for a change. Also, the pricing is very fair and transactions are seamless. Highly recommend!

Pete and the Paygration came to our aid when we were struggling with our Quickbooks Desktop renewal. We were struggling with a large file which had slowed our bookkeeing tasks to a slow crawl resulting in wasted time and effort. It has saved our company significant time in completing multiple bookkeeping tasks that are necessary to our financial solvency. The paygration team is responsive on a timely basis, knowledgeable and provided the necessary resources required to correct our problems. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The representative that we have been dealing with direct is great. His name is Pete Real. He always gets back to me the same day, most of the time within the hour. This is a testament to their customer service. It is greatly appreciated, as the industry I work in is very fast paced and having to hang around for a call back really hangs up business.

Our account was fraudulently renewed without the owner's consent or authorization. Last Friday, Mr. Pete from Paygration called and spoke with one of our office ladies and he was asked to send a price quote for the owner to review. Then on Monday, the owner received a payment confirmation. our plan was renewed by him. This is fraud and definitely deceptive practice. Please be aware and stay away from this company.

Right around the time I was preparing to update our Enterprise system, I received a call from Pete with Paygration. He took care of everything, securing the update information and renewing our contract essentially saving us over $1,000.00. We ran into a snag with the update and he was quick to figure out the issue. Best customer service you could ask for!!

Pete helped me while we were evaluating our current QB software and gave me multiple solutions to any problem I had. Great Person to work with and recommend him to anybody or company in need of his services!

We have enjoyed working with Pete for over a year. He always responds quickly, has great technical knowledge, and is very thorough! The most difficult project involved backing up and condensing our QuickBooks file. He immediately sent us the information to safely condense. We did not experience any problems and were so happy with the results!
