Not what i expected

I found a pro ICE slogan on 2 items that read "Support your local ice raids" that I immediately brought to the attention of customer services and they basically said
"Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We carry a wide range of designs to appeal to different tastes and perspectives—this is just one of them. We don't have any specific agenda or preference behind it. We totally understand if it's not your style, and we hope you find something else you love" and they did nothing further about it. I felt very ignored and was shocked that they suggested it was part of their different tastes and designs when it was literally the antithesis of every other designs they had. It wasn't until I took to Instagram and messaged and commented on as many of the influencers pagewings posts/ads and having those influencers message them that I was eventually messaged and the items removed. Also, for the items to go unnoticed would suggest the company is also using A.I. to create and promote designs which feels very flat given the messages of the designs they're selling. Oh, and all of my comments on their posts whilst trying to point out the ICE designs were being deleted whilst my messages were unanswered. Not much with the transparency.

If you have stuck with me this fair, they have 2 stars because before I found these designs I had made a purchase. The purchase arrived on time, was nice quality and I loved the designs. But I won't be buying from them again

We have since investigated how those slogans were uploaded and have removed them immediately. This situation has also prompted us to review our internal review process and strengthen our guidelines to ensure that all designs align with our commitment to inclusivity, respect, and transparency.

Please know that your voice—and the voices of others who spoke up—made a difference. We are truly sorry for the harm this caused and for the lack of transparency in how it was handled. We value you as a customer and as someone who holds us accountable, and we hope that over time, we can earn back your trust.

Shipping is a joke here plus I paid for that also. Quality of the cardigan is completely horrible thin flimsy NO QUALITY. The jersey was okay but doable. Overall experience was an utter mess.

I had help from Miles who was very kind and guided me through the whole process. International shipping can be messy but Miles made sure that I had my package safely delivered and I appreciated it !

Wrong product

First time successful purchase

Found this company on an instagram ad and ordered 3 items with my favorite bookish quotes. The off shoulder sweatshirt is my absolute favorite. Two Tshirts were great as well. Maybe a little stiff and need to wash tho. Miles helped me on whatsapp when I wanted to track my package and kept in touch with me til it arrived. Shipping ended up being quicker than I imagined. Overall happy and would buy again.

Cool shirts, overpriced, not soft

I love the idea. I love the crop top style. The wording. The various options. I’m a book girlie. Did find it way over priced. They aren’t even soft sweaters. More rough. Don’t think I’ll buy anymore. Again, pricing and it’s not a cozy book sweater. Love the cool message on the sweaters though

Great experience

The website was easy to use and had a large selection of clothes.
The quality of the cotton the t-shirts are made of are thick and comfortable. So much better than other online retailers. Would definitely buy again and have purchased a few times already.
