I've only done one review & so far it looks like a great deal. The only thing holding me back is me making me get out there & do the work. The compensation is decent & the jobs are out there. I'm going to try & do more this next month.

Eating out is one of the more important things I can do to uplift the economy after COVID. I love being able to get paid for doing something I would be trying to do anyway. Being paid makes this possible and a sustainable venture instead of a losing proposition. I really appreciate Observati for making it possible for me to eat out and enjoy a restaurant.

I was a little skeptical that this was a true secret shopper experience, and that the incentives are legitimately what they advertise.. I just completed my first shop, and although it took over a week for my submission to be reviewed and approved, I had my first “payday”! I am excited to line up my next secret shopper experience and keep moving forward with Observati.

I signed up because I like to eat out so I figure why not review new places and make a little bit of money. For me getting information how the program works I had to ask questions continuously. The support group by email is great and I always got all my questions answered. I completed my first review and as soon as it got approved, I got paid (cash is added to the account on the 20th of the month) but the gift cards were available on my account immediately. I did have to follow up by email with support as it had been 4 days since I submitted the review. I was just anxious to find out on how I did first time around. So far is good. I was just approved to review my second request. I am just not sure how the gift card will work. I chose a restaurant that says 'Meal discount available' which I understand means I can use the gift card. However, once you redeem your gift card it looks like it becomes a gift certificate that you can print and then you present that to the restaurant before ordering. So will see how it goes when I do my next review. I gave it a 4 star because of the on-line chat support which is not reliable and take forever to get a response. This is my second time trying to use at 10:40 am and now it and is 12:25 PM and still waiting. To be honest, the on-line chat is useless! Is best to send an email with questions, The support group is really good. So far, I think the program is worth it to try.

Get to try out great food and get rewarded for it!

The restaurant that I reviewed was great. Doing the review process was simple and easily understood.

I just started and the platform is very good and smooth. I was able to do my shop and come home and complete the review with no problems.

Haven't gotten the chance to use the account yet, but who wouldn't like to get free dinner at a nice restaurant?

the app is super user friendly and the welcome team made sure there was no stone left unturned. I am about to post my first review this weekend so with me luck! I love the variety of options of places to choose from and look forward to secret shopping!

I found the entire process fairly simple. A veteran of delivery gigs, I enjoyed doing something that did not involve wear and tear on the car. I appreciate the giftcards (a HUGE draw). The inly thing is it takes too long between reviews to move on to the next one. There was 8 calendar days between submission and my approval for the next one. I would like to be able do this twice a week! As a single mom sharing a car with a teen I would appreciate more flexibility. This confines my options to go out to eat bc that piece takes so longg
