The sign-up process for Observati was quick and easy. I looked at potential restaurants to review and there were plenty on the list. I applied for 1 to review. They approved me and I’ll be going there for lunch later today!

You have made sure answer all my questions and try to foresee any problems I might have and cover than as well making it not even necessary to write and ask a question

I have not received info yet on restaurant, so I have not been able to do a mission yet. However, communication has been good so far from company. I feel prepared to do my first review.

I don't like how long it takes to get an assignment. When I choose it. I have to wait days to review. I also don't really like the payout. I have yet to see the cash payment. Of $10 & Using the Gift cards is hard. I'd rather be paid direct cash or half and half. I will continue to use to see how this goes and to get my cash payment.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS- it is a SCAM- THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Its all a scam, also the 'gift cards' they promise- are for some weird restaurant website that does only has discounts for eating out- and I tried a few and they NEVER WORKED!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS- it is all a scam and after your second or third review they lower the price of your review to like $12 a review. They basically wait until its too late for them to reimburse your money. Still waiting for a refund on mine and they Refuse to do it. ITS ALL A SCAM!!!

My experience with Observati has been quite positive overall. What stands out to me is the platform's emphasis on honest reviews rather than just focusing on five-star ratings. It's refreshing to be able to provide feedback without feeling pressured to always give the highest rating.

One aspect I particularly appreciate is how Observati channels this feedback directly to the restaurants, enabling them to make necessary improvements. However, there's a slight inconvenience regarding the review approval process. Waiting for each review to be approved before being able to select another restaurant can be time-consuming. I believe allowing users to choose up to three restaurants at a time, even if some reviews are pending, would streamline the experience and keep users more engaged. Currently, with the approval timelines, the pace of reviewing one restaurant a week might lead to some users losing interest, especially if they don't use Observati regularly. Enhancing this aspect could significantly improve user retention and engagement.

The response to my application was quicker than I had expected. The customer support platform answered and solved my question about what I had to purchase to become a member of observati.

Great way to make some extra cash!

Just got started but very covenant that's it will be as expected soon I will be sending my first review

Positive experience uploading the initial picture to get started. Then the 1st came on a day when I was in the hospital. I tried to just submit the same “initial” picture but, it was rejected for not having the hand written word of the month. No worries though, next month and going forward this should not be an issue.

There has been great communication so far.

All you have to do is do what the company asks of you and they will definitely fulfill their obligation. I love eating and getting paid for it!!! This is by far the most the easiest way to make money that I have ever come across in the restaurant business.

I haven't had a chance to try any yet, my wife had surgery. I get started soon
