Dishonest, crooks. Sold me a Daihatsu hijet cargo turbo that they advertised on Ebay with brand new Mot which turned up to be FAKE. I paid to have the van delivered and thought i could trust New Acre. I am out of pocket by over £1000 due to :
Delivered with :
- 2 x dented wheels, costing me so far £500 to have them repaired and powder coated.
- 1x Wheel bearing severely damaged. Part is discontinued.
- Fan not working
- Drivers seat cover ripped
- Brake lights not working and so much more..
Only drove this van for a maximum of 2 hours since it was delivered by New Acre.
I am left with a van sat in the drive, unusable as it failed the MOT with discontinued wheel bearing. Having to search for the part all over the world.
They clearly took advantage that i am a female. Thinking of getting a solicitor. I want to warn other buyers, and advise to pay extra for a new MOT from your local Mot centre, so no one gets conned like i did.

They do more for you than the others and they are the real deal with the truth, I have a Vellfire from them and love it, thanks

New Acre pruned our very tall silver birch. They did a brilliant job, were very professional and cleared up well. Also really friendly guys who clearly love their job! I was impressed that they took it upon themselves to check in with neighbours too to ensure everyone was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

New Acre did an outstanding job uplifting multiple trees as well as beautifully thinning, shaping and removing dead wood from Chestnut crowns. The work was flawless from start to finish from Brad visiting, advising and putting together a very reasonable quote, through to the team arriving on site and doing a fantastic job, as well as doing a perfect clean up. So happy with how they all look and can't recommend New Acre more highly.

We hired New Acre to remove a dead chestnut tree and an apple tree. The team were friendly, efficient, and got the job done on time. The quoting was clear and quick. I would hire again and recommend them for sure.

Really good and would use again. I posted a job on Bark and asked for 2 quotations. Brad contacted me the same day to arrange to look at the job and arrange his quotation the next working day. Brad arrived on time, talked through the job, checking he knew what was required and offering some helpful advice to shape this. Brad's professionalism and advice pretty much made up my mind before I received the quotation that I would ask New Acre to do the work, and my decision was made easy when the quotation was much lower than the other. A small team arrived on the day agreed to do the work. They did this in a very organized and professional way. The left the tree looking good and cleared away everything they had cut down.

Would definitely recommend New Acre. Professional, reliable and good communication throughout. Great job.

New Acre were really very good indeed. They were prompt, punctual, efficient, skilled, concerned to achieve customer satisfaction, left no mess and their quotation was competitive for the shrub / tree pruning work undertaken. Very professional company. Brad who gave us a quote and Adam and Connor who did the work are friendly, polite and extremely professional. We had our oak tree reduced in height and tidied up. Our yew tree is very old and needed thinning out and trimming up. Very impressed with consideration for our neighbours,cleared falled branches etc from next doors garden and checked with them their vehicle was not blocking their drive. I cannot reccomend them enough.

100% would use new acre to do any kind of tree work. The guys were on time did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up very nicely. I was very happy with the work best of luck.

I found the company was very professional throughout. Firstly the quote process by Brad clearly showed his extensive arborist knowledge which helped to give confidence to accept the quote. The team completed the work in 2 days and were super professional throughout, in their skill on the job, their friendliness and their attention to detail in clearing the site after completion of the work. Each one of the team arrived with a big smile and a friendly introduction, polite and very professional. They all worked relentlessly to bring the whole lot down in just one day! It was just incredible to watch.
They were careful, thorough and cleaned up behind them. Very methodical and very organised. My garden looks huge now the trees have gone. I am very grateful and very lucky to have been recommended them by a friend. I have no hesitation in sending my friends and family their way.

I have a lot of trees and shrubs all around my garden that need annual care, without that it quickly becomes very dark and closed in. I contacted New Acre whereupon Brad came out to price the job. From the very start communication with this company was courteous and dependable. I was lucky enough to have the job started the very next day. Adam & Alex arrived at 8.30 am and worked throughout the day on various trees & shrubs, shaping, trimming, removing and clearing as necessary, but all the while advising and informing me of my options and what was best for the overall look of the garden. Adam's knowledge is extensive, and his only goal is to give you the best possible results. The work was meticulously carried out, and tidied to the extent you would never know they had been there! I can't recommend New Acre highly enough, their price, communication, professionalism and expertise were second to none. I now have a beautiful, open garden that I can thoroughly enjoy for the rest of the summer, thanks to Adam, Alex and Brad at New Acre.
