Delivery process was nice, but the packaging was a nightmare…. I’ve never seen such a lazy and careless packaging, you literally can put a hand in the box hole and grab the product that’s rattling around. It was completely open!

Sold me a license, then refused to honor it.
Purchased a plugin during a sale. Muziker took my money, confirmed the transaction, and then declined to issue the license. Instead of honoring the agreement, they refunded me and relisted the plugin at a higher price.
A refund doesn’t undo a breach. A completed sale is a contract. They chose not to fulfill it.
I’m not out of pocket, but I was not given the software I paid for. Customer service ignored my requests to issue the license and instead unilaterally issued a refund. This is not how you treat customers, and it’s not how contracts work.
Buyer beware: a confirmed purchase here apparently means nothing if they decide the price was too low.
