I ordered a guitar and an amp from the website and paid extra for express shipping which in the website says will be delivered in 24/48 hours, 2 days later they call me and say that the color is not available and gave me choices of what was apparently available and we agreed on a different color. I asked again when it will be delivered and they assured me in 48 hours i will have it, and i will recieve a confirmation when The order left the warehouse 2 days passed and i didn't get any notification saying my package is on the way and no answer to any of my messeges, i keep getting an automated messege from their whatsapp saying they are on holidays for festivals and i get a reply around 4 days later, that too after multiple hours of them being active. Told them to give me a refund and thankfully they gave a refund. Horrible service i wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!

Awful experience so far, I will change if it improves.

Ordered a guitar online, arrived with factory defect. Contacted them via whats app, nothing, called numerous times during times suggested on website, nothing. Got fed up so started the return process. 6 days later I received a whats app message to say contact an incident email address. I contacted them to say I wasn't happy with the experience and guitar. Was told I had to pay €15 (deducted from refund) for the guitar to be picked up. Even though it says on the website that they will pay for return shipping if there is a factory defect!!

Gaspar (staff member) stated they could not see the factory defect on the original pics I sent but offered €25 as a partial refund?? So let me get this straight, refused to accept cost for return shipping (€15) but offered €25 back as a good will gesture to keep the guitar?? Its all about making sales and not doing what the customer asks.

Terrible experience so far. Emailed three times yesterday asking for pick to be Monday/Tuesday still no reply/confirmation.

Very slow, uninspiring customer service. I will stick with Thomann. You are probably best doing the same. Avoid.
