Good post purchase communication, stock availability was poor as we had to wait unduly for the items to be received. However good customer service relations were made as a compensation for the stock unavailability was made. Overall we were VERY Happy and would definitely do business again with Mr Scaffold.

Easy to use with no experience needed
We had no prior experience with scaffolding and we were blown away how easy and safe it was. Very kind delivery person gave us very useful tips and showed us the basics and only left when he was sure we knew what we are doing and our scaffolding was half built. It was extremely helpful. The scaffolding is light, feels very stable and secure and is very easy to put together. The whole hire process was very easy with a lot of guidance on the way. Thank you very much for making our DIY reno easy and cost effective!

I asked for the option to send the item to the work address in Newcastle this was not an option in the quote.
I asked for the quote to be sent to a specific email address not the one on record ... was sent to the wrong email.
Credit details were given but payment was delayed for over 3 hours so the item could not be dispatched.
Was assured the item would be delivered to my address on time, to date it has not arrived.
