Very easy to deal with. Quick and efficient transfer from old network

I've been with Mozillion for over six months now and I'm genuinely impressed. I switched over from EE — one of the big names — and honestly Mozillion has beaten them on every front.

The speeds are remarkable. I ran a speedtest expecting it to be decent, but it actually outperformed my old EE SIM, which I really wasn't expecting. Coverage has been consistently strong too, with no frustrating dead spots that used to catch me out.

And for all of that, the value for money is excellent. You're getting a premium experience without the premium price tag that the big networks charge.

Six months in and not a single complaint. If you're still paying over the odds with one of the major networks, do yourself a favour and give Mozillion a try — I wish I'd switched sooner.

They answered! THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR 2 MONTHS IF YOU WANT TO TRY IT FOR A MONTH, EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE THE ONE MONTH OPTION, BECAUSE THEY WANT 1 MONTH MOTICE FOR CANCELLATION. SO BY THEIR PREDATORY RULES I SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR BOTH APRIL AND MAY, EVEN THAT I USED IT FOR LESA THAN A MONTH IN APRIL. AVOID, PREDATORY PRACTICES!!!
Avoid. While the actual signal was not the worst i seen, in terms of speeds is nowhere near EE or even voxi. On top of that, i told them in my account with about 2 weeks in advance that i want to cancel, even got confirmation. You would think that means they will not try to charge me right? WRONG! They tried 4-5 times to take the money from my account, luckily i blocked them in the moment i told them i cancel. And yes in my account it says it will get cancelled from 27 this month, yet you still tried to take money from my account. On top of that, it should have been cancelled tomorrow 27, not today. I was out need internet and guess what, no internet or phone calls, even that i paid for a whole month. Avoid at any cost. And before you come with any excuses, any other company if you have a one month contract it will let you use everything you have left until the day of cancellation at 12:00 midnight. Also they will not charge you after you gave them 2 weeks notice and is also confirmed.

Really simple, quick to dispatch the new phone and SIM. Phone transfer took less time than expected.

I now have 5 contacts with mozillion. They provide amazing value and customer service in helping change over numbers have been excellent. Roaming in EU without a blink. No idea how they do it, but so pleased to have found them. Amazing network.

Fast delivery of SIM card and porting of old number was very smooth. A dedicated app would be very useful otherwise no real problems.
