Never Again
Your logistics are the reason you have 2 stars. We ordered your product based on a delivery date we were promised and that day came and gone. I had to call and email your team and then the carrier because it wasn't done for me. I would never recommend this product to anyone. I feel like I overpaid for a product quality that I could of just gotten from our local hardware store.

Overall quality was good/better labeling
Overall quality was good. Wish the way the boxes were labeled were a bit better. It would be nice if they were marked to match the order (Tower 1,2 etc)

Great Customer Service
They were very responsive during the design process. They quickly came up with a closet design that met my needs. Once I received my shipment I noticed one of the products was the wrong size. They immediately shipped out the correct product so there was no delay in completing my closet.

Bad delivery
Delivery was a pretty bad experience. Had an email chain with delivery contractor where we negotiated time for delivery. Without confirming, one day a stretch-wrapped pallet appeared on sidewalk outside our condo building. Unprompted delivery — we were unprepared and had no clue it was coming, not to mention it was left out for the whole afternoon while we were out.

Solid built in closets and very easy for the wife and I to install in about 3 days from start to finish. Definitely not cheap particular board.

Will not use this company again.
It’s been over 2 months and still haven’t received a solution for an agreed upon manufacturing defect.
After purchasing over $5k of product, customer service suggested to fix their defect, I should I measure, locate, and re-drill 40 holes by hand.
I told them this wasn’t acceptable as these holes are CNC located and determine where drawers lineup.
I have received no response, no solution and now just want to return the whole order.
In response to their comment below, the slides they “promptly” sent out were not the problem, in fact, they were the exact same as the slides they sent originally. The drawer boxes, the parts they manufacture, are faulty. They never fixed anything. Funny that I’m getting more of a response here than through their customer service.

My wife loves her new closet
My wife loves her new closet! It took about two days to assemble and install all the pieces. One part was damaged in shipment but I was able to hide the damaged part. One part was missing and customer service was easy to work with and quick to resolve it.

The one thing that made our experience so great at Modular Closets was Brenda Spiegel. Knowlegable, personal, professional, she embodied everything that makes a sales person a star. In our initial coversation we explained the assignment and later that day we received detailed drawings. This gal is not kidding around she wants you to not only have the very best closet system possible but she also wants you to have a very positive, fun and creative experience. We have found our new closet connection. Brenda Spiegel is who you want to work with, the best!

Pleased with our new closet
Went to modular closets web site and started the free design service. Within a day was contacted by one of their design consultants Brenda Spiegel who put together a design using the information I provided. She went over the design and worked with me to finalize what design worked the best and to get my order placed. Had to contact customer support after placing my order due to having giving a wrong dimension of one of my walls. Was contacted by Sara Fischer (customer support rep) who took care of changing two of the components in my design. Both Brenda and Sara were a pleasure to work with. My order arrived when promised. There were quite a few boxes and it did take a bit to figure out but once we got going with assembling it got easier as we went along. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and the service

Ease of installation
Ease of installation - precision machining of parts. It would be helpful if the instructions were specific to the closet ordered. There weren't instructions for the corner tower or the shoe shelves - however, after building several, it became obvious what needed to be done. It was good you standardized the hardware. It was great dealing with the designer who offered construction options that weren't clearly available when in DIY mode.
