Was frustrated trying to remodel my closet by myself. Called Jerry at Modular Closets and he designed a closet using my measurements and choices right over the phone! Items shipped and arrived organized and on time. Assembly took time but the easy to follow direction booklet made that part easy! And when I had a question or wanted to modify, Modular reps were very helpful right over the phone! Happy with the product and ease of assembly.

Horrible quality with the latest piece…
Horrible quality with the latest piece I ordered. the back piece of my shelf is half an inch too short. Looks so bad in my closet. As well as the inner wood pieces were speckled with paint and had some visible dents. Too expensive too not be perfect honestly

The design help mattered most
The design help to get the most out of our closet was very appreciated. The closet quality is great and it was relatively easy to put together, as long as we took our time to do it right. Modular Closet also replaced some defective door hinges. Ended up with a beautiful master closet.

Happy with our new closet
The designer called us at home and we spoke for about 30 minutes to finalize the design. She was helpful and made suggestions to change the design. Installation was simple once we got the hang of the process. The boxes and hardware were nicely labeled and coordinated with the design plan.

The design process was a breeze!
The design process was a breeze. Even when I discovered during assembly that one of my initial measurements was off by 2 inches, they sent the parts to fix it at NO COST, and overnight!

Incredible quality at an unbeatable…
Incredible quality at an unbeatable price! I had quotes done by a privately owned custom closet installer, California Closets, and Closets by Design. My closets are more elevated with the shaker fronts and custom knobs than other companies and it’s only 1/3-1/4 of the cost of what closet installers quoted me. I would recommend taking a 1-2 days to put all of them together and another day to install them. I completed my entire master bedroom closet and have ordered from here twice. My family was amazed at how professional it looks. They have a lifetime customer.

Was very happy with my experience! Online I decided to try out there free design service, and was blown away with what they sent back. The design was fabulous and the price more than reasonable. The designer, Bella was easy to work with and helped me tweak my design to perfect.

We love our modular closet
We love our modular closet. We had one in our last house but moved recently and really missed our modular closet. We bought for two different closets this time and are so excited to have our modular closets again. We did the design your own. The instructions are good but could be written a little better. It was easier to figure out the boxes by what the shipping slip said was in the package.

Great Option to Custom Cabinets
The design process was easy and comprehensive. Closet units went together easy and could be expanded with out problems. The white color brightens the walk-in closet and look great. I reviewed several companies and I settled on Modular Closets. Would recommend without reservations.

The final result is great
The final result is great. Prior to buying we really looked around and this seemed like the best affordable quality solution. This system moved our closets from ugly, poorly organized, and nonfunctional to attractive, organized, and functional. When we open our wide folding door closet, it is a wonder to behold. We are really tickled with the result.
I would note: it took a bit to get the hang of assembling each section. Everything is there and clearly organized- it just takes time to figure out. Thus, it took us longer than we had planned (requiring a night’s sleep with piles of clothing about until we could finish the next day.) Also, we learned that the framing in our closet is unevenly spaced and with stretches without framing that exceeded the width of the modules. So... we attached the system every place that we could and then attached intermediate pieces to one another. This method is spelled out in the instructions and everything seems secure.
