The hanging bars should have provisions…
The hanging bars should have provisions to install in the middle of the panels and be up higher for long dresses. Disappointed with that since we now have to drill extra holes in the middle.

Tyler was awesome in helping me design…
Tyler was awesome in helping me design the type of closet that I needed and constantly being flexible as I changed design. The finish product came out perfect. Only recommendation is the poles for the clothes hangers should be more center on the unit and not so far to the front. That will keep your clothes from hanging out too far of the unit. I wasn’t a fan of the company that delivered the closet because they left the pallet at my home for me to get rid of saying they didn’t have room in the truck which is ridiculous because they just took it off the truck. Overall modular closets were easy to work with and I had my closet about a week after I paid my invoice.

Designing was easy on line with a sales person. Shipment came on time and our son put them together.. very nice quality for the price.

Was skeptical at first, but once the product arrived and installed, it was perfect. Only concern was delivery. Had to break down the pallet and help carry to my condo. Better comms needed for sure about how it gets delivered and who is responsible for taking stuff away…like the double pallet! Regardless, I would use them again!

Good system
First thing I’m from the generation that doesn’t think that every time you do your job should get a pat on the back and I find you can’t trust the ratings that are posted
The Closest system is bilt well and assembly went well. I really only have 1 gripe I purchased the tilt out hamper, the instructions weren’t clear and caused disassembly of that section

5 Star Customer Service & Product
We had to re-do 2 of our closets unexpectedly. Modular closets did a great job using our unique space to the fullest. The design process was simple and we had everything done in a 20 minute virtual call. Assembly was straight forward, it did take a minute to identify what boxes went together but one I figured that out it was simple. Install was also straightforward. We did purchase a 3rd hand through modular closets and it prevented any fighting - it was so easy to use and I 100% recommend getting that even if you have 2 people installing. My husband commented on how well they not only assembled (I did most of it myself) and how easy it was for him to install. Great quality for the price.
We did have two minor issues (due to our unique situation) with the drawer front order not being correct, again not their fault it was just missed and we forgot to order the same drawer pulls. Even though it wasn't fully their fault they were so great and getting replacements out to us quickly. I 100% will order again when we need to do our kids' closets! Customer service can't be beat especially now days.

A very helpful and responsive company!
Your design consultant was very helpful and so was your customer service; however, your hardware packets didn't always contain what they were supposed to contain. This was rather frustrating and your instruction manual doesn't provide all the needed information to assemble each piece of your modular closets. Your product seems to be of good quality and the delivery service was good.

Mostly happy with finished product. Would order again.
Nice quality. Easy to install for the most part. I might have adjusted the design knowing what I know now and did not expect I would have to cut corner pieces to finish the design. But overall I am very happy with the finished product and would order again.

Some of the instructions were confusing/difficult to follow or not included at all. Customer service was good though. Some fasteners did not work well. 2 drawers had crooked handles when put together. Replacement parts were sent promptly though.

Great design and quality
Brooke was extremely helpful in designing my closet. She accommodated my shipping changes twice and even added some items to perfect my closet after the first sale and delivery! Great experience!
