MJP Eco Energy from Lichfield
MJP Eco Energy from Lichfield, their website says no job too big or too small, but real life proves otherwise, contacted them to install a couple of solar panels on my house, took them ages to reply each time, had to chase them by phone, eventually they sent a quote through, great I thought, I reply and say the quote is fine but they don't bother replying back. I wonder how good their aftercare service is when they can't even be bothered to look after customers who are prepared to buy there services, feels like a lucky escape. I ended up paying twice what they quoted to a local tradesman who did a great job, their loss. I wanted to supply my own panels and materials, if they didn't think there was any margin then they only had to decline the job not string me along for a couple of weeks.
