100% perfect help and service

Yesterday I contacted the sales team at matrix ironmongery because I desperately needed a front door locking gearbox assembly wasn't 100% sure what unit I need it I sent matrix pictures and then contacted them they sorted out the correct unit posted it I received it the next day really great quality item and I can't stress enough but fantastic service they gave me which is very rare to find a company these days can't thank you enough brilliant many thanks Chris Noton

Great Service

Wanted to buy a WinkHaus high security door lock and needed guidance on what to get as the components were expensive. Miles was very helpful and liaised with WinkHaus on my behalf to get all the relevant information so that I could place an order, which I did - thanks!
