shower base with a hole.

I bought a shower base online. At full price, with no discount. The package was perfect. But the base had a nasty hole in the corner (on the visible side). Furthermore, the hole was covered with glue. A real shame. Probably a faulty item sent by mistake. Hey, everybody does mistakes right ? But the worst is to come. Seller does not want to know anything. They charge full price for sending their garbage, and then, no customer service. 10/10 i won´t buy from them ever again. All i ask is a refund, and the rating will go up.

Already written - EXTREMELY MEDIOCRE company giving false deadlines. So basically wouldn't waste my time with them again. Pathetically, refuse to answer phone or provide name of Managing Director which really shows a complete lack of transparency/respect for the customer.
