I haven’t supported by anyone even I sent many messages

I ordered the product on 18th of April'25 and no status of it yet. Today is 30th of May and I'm still waiting for my order!

The bracelet is great, I really like the colouring and materials. The only issue I have is that the sizing is a little unclear. I had an existing bracelet which I measured to find out what size I need only to find that I ordered a size slightly too small.
