I have ordered a lot from made.es and everything is good quality and beautiful BUT it is not nice that the delivery dates keep pushing back all the time, for instance some items which we ordered on the 30 of Nov 2020 now are going to be dispatched in mid April.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. The sofa-bed is perfect for my home office.

How can you justify delaying a coffee table for over 6 months. I don’t want to hear about covid and border control excuses. Dealing with this company is a NIGHTMARE!!! It’s gone from being made to in transit to being made to bring in transit several times. Start of January delivery, then start of February, end of February, start of March end of March now start of April. This is just a coffee table. What ever slightly tricked generic response you give, there is no excuse on this green and blue planet that a coffee table takes 6 months to be delivered. Unbelievable. You make me sick. I will NEVER use you again.

At first the delivery didn’t arrive, I was home but it didn’t get to me. It was sorted very quickly when I informed customer service. I am happy with the basket.

We have purchased a brand new flat in London and for our furniture we choose Made because of design and fair price of the products.
Unfortunately, despite this, the delivery is awful! Our order has been divided between 4 different carriers and with different lead times. As a result we are still waiting for some of our items and for other we asked a refund because YODEL (one of the carrier) is totally inadequate to provide a good delivery service; YODEL claims that they have tried 3 times to deliver without finding nobody at home when we passed all the week cleaning a fixing stuff in the apartment. This is very bad.
A good company should chose wisely their services supplier otherwise might run the risk to loose customers because of somebody else fault.
I'm sorry but we will wait for the last 3 item due by half December than we will never buy or recommend MADE again.

I love my wall decors. One arrived a few days before the other one but I’m really really happy with them. The quality is amazing, the price is just right and they arrived packaged nicely and safely. It was great experience overall and I’ll be ordering again!

Have ordered a number of small items from Made and have always been really pleased with the quality of the products. I’ve tried similar priced websites and I think Made is excellent value for money in comparison. The lighting in particular has been fantastic.

We are never ever buying from Made again. We returned £20 pillowcases that didn't fit (part of a +£300 order) and they deducted a £30 voucher plus £5 to return from the refund making minus £15. The original purchase was made in good faith. Absolute con. artists.

Made is definitely my go to for all things home and have ordered a lot of things from here e.g sofa, cushions, coffee table etc. Their products are always too high standard, delivery is straight forward and easy and the customer service is great too. Definitely 5 star rating.
